Hello and welcome to your blooming to birth meditation.
I'm going to invite you to find a comfortable seat or begin to lay down and slowly begin to close down through the eyelids,
Allow yourself to begin to connect to your breath.
So just starting to tune in to the sensation of the breath in the body and using this breath as your anchor,
Your anchor into this time and this space that you have set aside for just yourself and your baby.
Just letting all to-do lists or labels just melt away,
Just bringing yourself completely into this moment,
Noticing your inhale breath and then really allow that exhale to be a little vessel for you to begin to let go,
Let go of any tension in the face or the neck.
Let go of any thoughts that you may not want to be focusing on right now,
Let go of the need to be or to do anything at all.
As you begin to let go of the doing and come to a space of just completely being,
Being with your incredible body and the life that is growing inside of you.
I invite you to begin to breathe into your womb.
So just becoming aware of your baby in your belly,
Directing your breath to your baby,
Starting to connect,
Really drawing that focused awareness just to your baby.
And then if there's anything that you'd like to say or share,
Just repeating this to your baby and just noticing if there's anything that they'd like to share with you too.
I invite you not to overthink this process and just trust whatever comes up.
Just trusting in that innate power,
That intuition,
Those little nudges of guidance,
The words that can appear out of nowhere and a sense in our heart that tells us to lead a certain way.
And then just tuning back into your body as a whole.
So tuning into your physical body,
The vessel that holds life,
What a miracle you are.
So for the next few breaths,
I really invite you to take some deep breaths of gratitude for your incredible body.
No matter how your journey has been,
No matter how you are feeling today,
I really invite you to just tap into gratitude of the creation that's inside of you.
And all the incredible things that your body is doing without you needing to even have one single thought.
Just feeling that gratitude in the body,
Maybe even notice any sensations that that brings to your physical body.
Gratitude is our complete gateway into love.
Love brings oxytocin to the body,
Which is such an important hormone in creating life,
But also bringing life into earth.
So the more that we can feel our body with love and oxytocin,
The smoother our pregnancy will be,
The smoother our birthing will be.
And so often through pregnancy,
We are faced with so much fear,
So much unknown,
So much out of our control.
So I invite you now to just begin to bring to mind anything that you may be carrying that makes you feel fear in the body.
This could be a million things,
Or maybe there's just one thing that has been following you throughout your pregnancy.
Just bringing that into your mind,
And I actually invite you to really feel that fear.
Feel how that sensation feels in the body.
Just acknowledge that it exists.
Just acknowledge that that part exists because you actually care so deeply.
You have so much love for a being that you haven't even seen yet.
And instead of trying to push these feelings of fear away,
I invite you to just embrace them with love and just coming back to that innate knowing of trusting your body.
So can you let the sensation of love start to override the fear?
The knowing that your body was completely designed to bring a baby into this world.
The knowing that whatever challenges,
Obstacles that you have already overcome and are going to,
Are completely there to transform you into the mother that you are going to become.
So instead of seeing these fears as another thing that you need to face,
Instead can you just bring love to them.
Reassurance.
A sense of safety.
That your body has everything that it needs within it.
And the more we relax,
The more we surrender,
The more we let go,
The easier it will become.
We're taught to hold on and try to control pregnancy,
Birth and definitely parenting is a space of complete surrender.
So the more that you can embody that energy now,
The more each step,
Each journey will begin to flow.
So connecting back to your breath,
I invite you to repeat the words on your inhale,
I surrender.
And then as you exhale,
I let go.
And with that exhale,
Allow the body to drop,
Allow the body to relax even deeper.
And then flowing with that inhaling,
I surrender.
Exhaling,
I let go.
And flowing with that,
With your own breath and your own time and just noticing the body begin to completely melt.
All fears just washing through the body and out of the body.
And then letting that go and then just start to notice,
Just notice the body.
Notice how you feel.
And just knowing that you can bring yourself to a space of complete surrender whenever you wish.
So if you find yourself getting lost in the mind or in fear or in a loop.
Just knowing that you can bring yourself back to the present moment,
Your point of power.
Watch how quickly things will begin to shift and change.
