Welcome to this short meditation.
Here we will find back to our mindful focus.
So get ready by finding your position.
Allowing your body to come to rest and become still.
And allowing your mind to become focused on this moment.
Letting go of everything else that is not here and now.
And checking with yourself what is your experience of this being.
Is there any sensation in your body?
Or is there any thoughts going through your mind?
Letting go of everything else that is not here and now.

Is there any emotion or feeling present with you?
Is there any sensation in your body that is not here and now?
Is there any sensation in your body that is not here and now?
No need to judge or control.
Just observing.
Just allowing it to be.
Just as it is.
And as you observe your present state.
You can just allow it to find its own way back to balance.
As you just observe yourself with a loving awareness.
And then just take a few deep breaths.
And feel the gratefulness and thankfulness for that you have taken this little break of meditation.
