Welcome to this guided meditation on energy.
So go ahead and find a comfortable place to sit.
Somewhere where you can be for around 10 minutes,
Undisturbed.
And gently close the eyes.
When we close the eyes,
We allow for the inner gaze to awaken.
We are not confused by the external stimulation when we open our eyes.
But we turn on this internal landscape where there are thoughts,
There are feelings,
Sensations,
Memories,
Stories,
Patterns.
So much lives in the body.
So take a moment here and notice that as our eyes are closed and as we have turned on this inner gaze,
What is it like to notice the insights?
What is here now?
What wants to be known?
What is your experience of reality?
Experience is constantly shifting and is quite complex.
Sometimes we know what is happening internally and sometimes we don't.
Sometimes our mind tells us stories of what's going on in the body.
But perhaps the body has a different experience.
The truth is that we will not know what our experience is until we permission ourselves to go into the direct embodiment of experience into the felt sense.
So here we invite and we allow for experience to guide us.
And this is constantly mysterious and unknown.
Because if we knew what our experience was,
We wouldn't be experiencing it.
It would just simply be a story.
So we allow for surprise,
For the openness of what wants to arise.
There's no need to control.
There's wisdom in all experience and there's a trust that comes through developing this process.
You can trust your felt sense.
You can trust your experience.
It will lead you.
It will lead your path.
So there's no need to be fearful.
Even if the experience that arises is challenging.
Whether it's emotional anger,
Frustration,
Grief,
Joy,
Whatever it may be.
Those emotions are here to be felt.
And whether they are psychological patterns that have been with us,
Whatever they may be.
Those patterns want to be felt and experienced.
To be processed.
So this is an invitation to invite our experience to be as it is.
And that is liberating to allow ourselves to be as we are with whatever may come up.
Our experience through the body is our teacher into wisdom.
There's no better path than our own lived experience.
That is our direct embodiment of wisdom.
So we say yes to feeling,
To opening,
To experiencing.
This is the flow of life itself.
This is how life is moving through me.
And even when there's multiple experiences happening at the same time,
We simply allow for all of them to be here.
Letting the body do the work.
Letting the mind do the work.
Letting the body show us the way into feeling.
This is the realm of energy.
This is the heart of creation.
All of life was created through energy.
And energy is constantly moving and shaping us.
So when we are in relationship with energy,
We receive insight and deeper understanding of our movements and behaviors.
We can learn to love ourselves,
To love our bodies,
To love our experience,
However tough it might be.
Because wisdom is pointing us to,
Experience is pointing us to wisdom.
Wisdom.
So just see how that lives within you,
Your relationship to allowing yourself to experience.
Perhaps it's easeful,
Perhaps it's more challenging.
This is part of why it is a practice to cultivate our capacity to feel,
Our capacity to be with embodied experience as it is,
Without needing to control or to fix.
Simply trusting that the experience will guide us and lead us.
It's that surrendering to experience.
To embodiment.
To the full felt sense.
Just take another moment here,
Allowing yourselves to feel.
And in that feeling,
Notice that there's movement.
Energy never stays stagnant.
It is in constant flow.
So as we feel,
Things begin to shift.
So there's no need to attach to any one feeling,
But rather simply being in the flow in the flow of feeling,
Allowing it to constantly move through you.
Feeling yourself more fully,
Inhabiting your own body,
Claiming whatever is yours to claim.
Take another breath here and just simply harvest whatever it is you want to harvest from this meditation,
Whatever learnings or insights came to you.
And in your own timing,
Slowly open the eyes.
Return to this here now.
And take a moment and register how this meditation has shifted your being.
