Take a moment now to think about what you most need from this session.

Hold this intention gently as we navigate through the meditation together.

Go ahead and find a comfortable position.

Make sure your spine is aligned and your body feels supported.

Adjust any pillows or blankets you may need to feel fully at ease.

Once you're comfortable,

Gently close your eyes.

Allow yourself to settle into this moment and shift your attention to your breathing.

Notice the air entering through your nose,

Filling your lungs,

And the sensation of release as you exhale.

Observe the gentle rise and fall of your chest and belly with each breath.

As you focus on your breath,

You may notice your mind beginning to quiet,

Your body beginning to relax more deeply.

Now,

Take a deep,

Slow inhale through your nose,

Feeling your chest and belly expand as you draw in life-giving air.

Hold this breath for a moment at the peak of your inhalation,

Then release it slowly and fully through your mouth.

Allow yourself to feel the release,

The letting go of tension with each exhale.

Inhale deeply into your belly and exhale slowly and gently.

Now,

Allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.

Trust your body to find its own pace of breathing,

A rhythm that supports you perfectly in this moment.

Imagine a wave of relaxation gently sweeping down through your body.

As this wave moves down,

It brings with it a gentle sense of calm,

Soothing your forehead,

Relaxing your eyes,

Unclenching your jaw,

And easing any tension in your neck and shoulders.

Allow this sensation to flow through your arms,

Releasing any tightness all the way down to your fingertips.

Continue to guide this wave of relaxation through your chest,

Feeling your heart space open and your breath becoming even smoother.

Let it pass through your abdomen,

Softening your belly and unwinding any knots of stress or discomfort.

As it moves lower,

Feel your hips,

Thighs,

And legs letting go of their burdens,

Sinking deeper into relaxation with every breath.

Finally,

Imagine this wave reaching your feet,

Leaving your whole body feeling completely relaxed,

Supported,

Fill it with details that make it uniquely comforting and healing for you.

Notice the colors,

The sounds,

And the scents.

Feel the temperature and the texture of the ground beneath you.

This is your sanctuary,

A space where healing naturally unfolds.

In the heart of this sanctuary,

Visualize a glowing orb of light.

This light represents your female energy,

Powerful,

Nurturing,

And infinitely wise.

Notice how this light pulses gently,

Radiating warmth and a sense of unconditional love.

Its glow is a mixture of colors,

Each one representing different aspects of your femininity,

Creativity,

Resilience,

Compassion,

Strength,

Intuition,

And harmony.

See this orb of light getting brighter,

Its colors more vibrant.

Imagine this light beginning to expand,

Growing larger until it surrounds you completely.
