Welcome,

Love.

My name is Taylor.

I am an herbalist who specializes in working with amazing women just like you in perimenopause.

I'm also a plant and earth intuitive.

And this is going to be such a delicious meditation for you to tap into what your soul is calling for during this phase of your life in perimenopause.

This is a moment to really listen,

Not to the noise of the outside world,

But to the quiet whisper of your own soul.

That part of you that has been waiting for stillness,

Space,

For your attention,

And for the invitation.

So,

If you haven't already,

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down and let your body soften into the surface beneath you,

Whether it's a chair,

The earth,

A floor,

A blanket,

A bed,

A seat of some sort.

Soften.

And we'll begin by taking a really long,

Slow breath in through your nose and gently exhaling through your mouth or nose.

Two more like that,

Okay,

Breathing in here,

Inhale,

One more breath in here,

Really big breath and super slow exhale out and feel the air move in and out,

A tide in and out.

And that connects you to life itself.

With every breath,

You are arriving.

With every breath,

You are coming home to yourself.

Now,

Imagine a warm light above your head,

Soft,

Golden,

And filled with love.

You reach up with your finger and you prick it and it begins to pour down through the crown of your head,

Washing through you like sunlight through leaves.

This light is your soul,

Ancient and endlessly kind.

Let it fill your heart,

Let it fill your belly,

Your womb space,

The seat of your deep feminine wisdom.

And as your breath starts to settle,

Repeat softly within yourself,

I am ready to hear what my soul is calling for.

I am ready to hear what my soul is calling for.

I am listening.

And just know as we go through this meditation,

There is absolutely no need to force an answer.

Your soul doesn't speak in the urgency of our human terms.

It speaks to you in various ways through symbols,

Sensations within your body,

Feelings,

Sometimes words,

Sometimes smells.

And sometimes it's just the sense of knowing.

So begin to tap into that right now and notice what arises as you breathe here.

Maybe it's a color,

Maybe it's a word,

Or just a feeling.

Maybe you're already tapping into the sensation of this ache that really wants to be honored,

Or a dream that really wants to be remembered.

Whatever comes in,

Let it be.

No judgment,

Just open curiosity.

And if your mind wanders,

Bring your hand to your heart and whisper,

I'm here.

Your soul will recognize the sound of your sincerity.

Begin to imagine your roots,

Just like a tree or a plant,

Extending into the earth from your body.

Begin to feel the soil,

The stone,

The mycelium,

Saying hello to the little buggies and all the amazing underworld that is there.

You are one with the earth.

Feel her pulse beneath you,

Steady,

Rhythmic,

In.

She reminds you that every single season of life has its own deep medicine.

Perimenopause is not an ending.

It's a doorway,

A sacred initiation into deeper truth,

Into self-trust,

Into freedom.

Now ask your soul,

What are you calling for in this new season of life?

What are you calling for in this new season of life?

Be with whatever's arising,

Even if it's nothing.

Now ask,

What do I truly need to feel nourished,

Whole,

And alive?

What do I truly need to feel nourished,

Whole,

And alive?

And just receive.

And take a moment here to ask a sacred question that may be on your heart.

It could be something like,

I need help,

Can you show me the way?

Or is there something I need to know right now?

Or whatever else might be there.

I'll hold the space here for you to have that conversation.

And no matter what messages arrived or didn't,

May you take a moment to receive that with gratitude.

Honoring what has been revealed.

And taking a deep breath in,

As you exhale,

Release the doubt,

The shoulds,

The expectations that are no longer yours to carry anymore.

Trusting in what came through for you today is absolutely perfect for you right now.

Allow your final breaths for this meditation to anchor into this truth.

My soul knows the way.

I am guided.

I am becoming who I was always meant to be.

Just stay basking here for a few more moments,

Breathing,

Resting,

Receiving.

And when you're ready or not,

Let's begin to bring your awareness gently back to the present moment.

Bringing some movement into your fingers and toes,

Wiggling them.

I always love gentle,

Big,

Good morning stretch overhead.

A little neck roll,

A little side to side,

Just reawakening your body.

And knowing that you will carry this feeling of soulful connection with you.

And a reminder that no matter how much is changing in your life right now,

Your amazing soul is always speaking.

And you are always held.

Remember this.

Have a blessed,

Beautiful,

Wonderful rest of your day.

Thanks for being here.
