Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed when your to-do list is so long or when there is high pressure at work?
Do you lose touch with your own alignment and feel completely off balance and sucked into whatever chaos might be going on around you?
If so,
This meditation to stay centred during stressful times can be a wonderful tool for you as you navigate certain challenging situations or a busy life schedule.
No matter what you have on your plate right now and no matter how far gone you feel,
I invite you to take a moment to come back into harmony with yourself and to what is really important,
Your health and wellbeing.
So I invite you to close your eyes and take a long deep breath in through your nose and back out through your nose,
Setting the intention to come back to your centre,
To come back to your own alignment with your natural state of being.
Continue breathing slowly and deeply,
Feeling yourself draw your energy back to you.
You may visualise this as pure white energy returning to you from a stressful environment,
From certain people that feel draining to you and from anything that may be affecting you from feeling the fullness and radiance of your own life force energy and harmony within.
With each cleansing breath,
Feel more connected to yourself and to your own natural frequency that feels safe and at peace.
You can invest your energy back into you.
You can focus your mind back onto your wellbeing.
You can be the eye of the storm.
You are the one who chooses the state of being that you reside in now.
From this place there is no reacting out of stress or fear,
Instead you can respond accordingly as you are in alignment and centred within your heart and authentic self.
Decisions and actions can be made from a place of clarity and truth,
But for now remain in this stillness,
In your centre and feel the empowerment within you as your energy and focus has returned to you.
Your resilience can build the more you become flexible and adaptable to life's stresses,
Not getting caught up in the whirlwind of things you cannot control,
But rather widening your window of tolerance and returning back to your centre when you know that is a more beneficial place to be,
Not only for yourself but for everyone involved.
So take a final few minutes here to ground your energy and feel your alignment.
And when you are ready to engage in the outer world once again,
You may slowly open your eyes.
And remember you can do this practice at any time you feel off centre and the more and more you practice your inner alignment,
The more easily you can flow through life grounded in your power.
