When the world is telling us we cannot our breath can guide us towards who we desire to become. When we breathe we give life to the dormant possibilities within us making room for our highest good to shine bright.

Take a nice deep inhale in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Nice deep inhale in through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.

Deep inhale in through the nose and exhale letting go letting go.

Deep inhale in through the nose and exhale release.

Nice big full open inhale and a nice strong exhale release letting go.

Allowing your breath to reach its natural normal rhythmic breathing pattern.

Start to check in with the body with the sensations you feel in this moment.

Doing a slight body scan starting at the top of the head,

Working your way down the scalp,

The face,

The jaw,

Relax the jaw.

Washing your attention over the neck and shoulders,

The chest and the belly,

The arms,

The hands,

The legs,

The feet and the toes.

Relaxing,

Letting the breath fill you up and then empty you out.

Letting the breath fill you up and then empty you out.

Letting the breath fill you up and then empty out.

Continuing to take deep deep inhales in and deep exhales out.

Opening up,

Releasing,

Making space.

Noticing the areas of the body that you feel a sensation,

Perhaps a tingling sensation,

Perhaps a wave of energy,

Perhaps a flow.

Continuing to make space,

Relaxing the muscles in the forehead,

Relaxing the muscles around the eyes,

The eyebrows,

Even allowing the tongue to float a bit in the mouth.

Bringing the jaw down,

Relaxing the shoulders away from the ears,

Lifting and opening through the chest.

This is indeed our breath.

This is indeed our moment.

We are blessed with the opportunity to breathe.

In this moment,

I invite you to share in a moment of gratitude,

Of giving thanks and appreciation to your breath.

So much of our lives are spent in output.

How can we serve here?

What can we do there?

How should we move now?

Yet we often miss our opportunity to slow down and simply breathe.

This is in fact your moment.

This is in fact your opportunity to slow down and breathe.

As we continue to move through the breath,

Filling the lungs up with air,

Relaxing the face,

Dropping down,

And exhaling,

Releasing,

Letting go,

Letting go,

I invite you to allow the eyes to close or perhaps even draw the gaze down towards the floor.

Imagining there is a circle in the center of your chest,

Perhaps large,

Perhaps small,

But in this circle,

Energy is swirling and you feel the energy collecting.

Imagine there is a space,

A circle on the chest that opens itself up to be renewed,

To be rejuvenated,

To be filled up.

What is the energy you are filling yourself up with?

How does each moment bring you closer to the now?

Have you decided to choose your words wisely,

Understanding that each word we speak is an opportunity to write life?

Our words are like scripts.

They prescribe what we need and what we receive.

Therefore we take into consideration our choice of words.

The ability to speak is in fact incredible and also sacred.

Are we speaking quickly with haste?

Are we speaking kindly with love?

These questions we can ask ourselves simply in a state of reflection.

Breathing in and letting go.

Breathing in and letting go.

Breathing in and letting go.

We allow ourselves the opportunity to reflect.

Do we have a vision in our mind's eye,

A feeling in our emotions,

An energy in our heart?

How do we choose to respond to the puzzles of our daily life?

Do we bring excitement and wonder,

Even curiosity to our problem solving?

Or is it possible that we have allowed stress to overtake us?

Whatever our response,

We always have a choice.

Each moment,

Each challenge,

Each puzzle is an opportunity to make a new choice.

In this present moment,

We are given an opportunity to make a new choice.

And so,

How will we proceed?

We breathe in and exhale,

Letting go.

Breathing in and letting go.

Breathing in and letting go.

Breathing in and letting go.

Breathing in and letting go.

As we sit in stillness and silence,

We allow ourselves to make room for our new possibilities.

As we sit in stillness and silence,

We make room to reflect on our new possibilities.

As we sit in stillness and silence,

We make room for the newness of our possibilities.

Inhale and exhale.

Breathing in and breathe out.

Inhale and exhale.

We allow our breath to expand.

We allow our breath to expand.

We allow our breath to expand our possibilities.

Letting go,

Letting go,

Letting go.

Relaxing the muscles in the face,

The neck and the shoulders,

The hands and the feet.

Opening up.

Allowing ourselves to imagine.

To even see with our mind's eye our new possibilities.

Each breath is an investment into our future.

In fact,

Each breath pays out right now.

And what could be more rich than to invest with our breath?

We breathe in good things.

We breathe out good things.

We breathe in love.

We breathe out love.

We breathe in peace.

We breathe out peace.

We breathe in joy.

We breathe out joy.

Each breath a second chance at this life.

Each breath a second chance at this life.

Each breath a second chance to live our lives with fullness and intention.

To bring positivity and possibility to this very moment.

Inhale and exhale.

Good.

Good.

Inhale and exhale.

Allow the breath to wash over you.

Good.

Breathing deep.

Breathing open.

Breathing consistent.

We allow ourselves to expand.

And we allow our breath to guide us down this new path.

Perhaps we have been there before.

Perhaps we have not.

Such a love,

Joy,

And peace washes over us with each inhale and with each exhale.
