Welcome beautiful soul.

This meditation where we dive into the Shiva Yantra and mantra you will fully have assessed to transform your life.

More about the benefits afterwards I will explain you now about Yantras and mantras and about our journey before we dive into our meditation.

A mantra is frequency,

Is sound.

Everything has its own sound,

Its own frequency.

When you are talking it sounds different than when a cat is meowing or even another person is talking.

And a mantra has a special frequency.

For example if you listen to one song it will bring you on its frequency.

If it's more a dark song you will feel more grounded,

More heavy.

But if it's more uplifting,

On a higher frequency you will feel more light,

More ease,

More love.

And this is what a mantra holds in it.

It's the magic and the power of uplifting and really reaching this high consciousness of being.

And the mantra,

Once it's manifested and you can see it then it's the yantra.

So it's the tool to fully activate yourself on a higher frequency and to see it.

And the more you can see it you can integrate it in yourself.

And if it's hard for you to imagine the yantra you are also welcome to just google it and while you listen to the meditation just see and look the whole time on the yantra,

The Shiva yantra which you picked.

There are several ones you find them and choose the ones you are resonating the most with.

And I will also upload the one I was painting in Nepal when I also learned this magical and powerful meditation which I'm ready to share now with you here.

Yeah.

And the journey begins from the outside inward,

Really inward,

Inward,

Inward.

Once you reach the deepest inside and from there we invite the mantra to sing.

And we come back to the yantra and into the manifestation.

All the way out until you're back in your body.

That's it for our journey.

Are you ready to dive into?

And before we dive into this meditation I invite you to open that space inside of you.

Close your eyes.

Elongate your spine.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Relax.

Inhale.

Elongate your spine a bit more.

One millimeter or one centimeter.

Exhale.

Relax your face.

Relax your shoulders.

Inhale.

Elongate.

Exhale.

Relax.

Find your breath and prepare yourself.

Open that space.

Say yes to the unknown which will unfold.

Say also yes to create sacred safe container for you right now.

Beautiful.

Feel your breath one more time.

Deeply.

Feel your whole body.

And get ready.

If you need to see the picture and it's the time to open your eyes again and to watch it.

Whenever you can close your eyes again to let it travel inward.

If you don't need the picture you can imagine like a cinema stream in front of you.

Where a Shiva Yantra will unfold in its divine beauty.

Or you will see a 3D model blossoming out.

You can even feel it in your body or you are the center and it will unfold around you.

So any kind where the Shiva Yantra will manifest in,

Around or in front of you allow it to be.

We start with the foundation.

With the outer square.

Bhu Purah.

Represented in the earth.

And the grounding in your base.

Your foundation.

And the square has four entrances for each direction.

See it.

Imagine it.

And it might come with just a line.

It might come in pictures or in colors.

Might bring up emotions.

Or any kind of your senses get activated.

You might smell,

You might feel it.

You might hear something or just see it.

Your Bhu Purah,

The square.

From here dive deeper inward.

You will see a circle.

A circle represents the timeline.

The past,

Now and the future.

It's a perfection of rotation.

The circle of the time was movement and flow.

See it,

Feel it,

Allow it to fully unfold.

And from the circle go more inward.

You will see a lotus flower blossoming with eight petals.

Called Padma.

How are your lotus petals looking?

Feeling?

How beautiful are they unfolding?

Are they shiny?

Are they bright and colorful?

Do they smell?

And to increase the Padma in its fullest intensity go to the first five petals.

They are representing the five elements.

What was that?

Fire,

Earth,

Water,

Air and ether or space.

If you feel more connected to the five senses imagine them here.

The smell,

The taste,

Hearing,

Seeing and touching.

From the five elements or five senses it's now the time to look at the other three lotus petals of the Padma.

They represent the three stages of your consciousness.

Unconscious,

Subconscious and conscious.

The stages when you are fully asleep,

Dreaming or the state when you just wake up or you fall asleep,

The in between.

And then when you are fully awake in this three conscious stage of your mind.

And then see all the eight lotus petals in its fullest,

Brightest version.

See your Padma.

And dive deeper into your lotus inside.

And you will see a three angle pointing downwards for Shakti,

Your feminine energies within you representing the creation of life,

The movement and the dance.

Connect with it.

With your inner Shakti.

Can you feel it?

See it?

Sense it?

And another three angle.

Shiva,

It is pointing upwards representing the masculine energies within you.

Shiva,

Consciousness.

When you allow yourself to just be,

You are still aware of everything that is going on around you.

And at the same time fully present in the here and the now.

You are the consciousness itself.

Combine Shiva and Shakti.

See both three angles melting into each other in a six pointed star,

Shat kona,

The union.

How does it feel?

How does it look like?

How?

Dive into it.

Allow it fully to take place.

Shat kona,

Union.

Let your masculine melt into your feminine.

And your feminine melt with your masculine.

The more they are melting,

The more you are diving deeper and deeper into the center.

Into the center of your being.

Where you will find a point.

Bindu.

It's the point of creation where everything comes from and goes to.

From here expand your awareness into the infinity.

Let it come back to bindu,

The point.

And again ripple it out.

Feel the vibrations into the infinity.

And allow the Shiva yantra to fully take place with its divine mantra.

To experience it more powerful you can just use your inner voice or whisper,

Sing it out loud.

So you and the whole universe can hear it.

108 times.

Om nama Shiva yam.

Om nama Shiva yam.

Om nama Sivaya.

Om nama Shiva yam.

Om nama Shiva yam.

Om nama Shiva quickly.

Om nama Siva om nama Siva om nama Siva om nama Siva om nama Siva om nama Siva Sivaya,

Om Nama Sivaya.

Om Nama Sivaya.

Om Nama Sivaya.

Om Nama Sivaya.

Om Nama Sivaya.

Om Nama Sivaya.

Om Nama Sivaya.

Om Nama Sivaya.

Om Nama Sivaya.

Om Nama Sivaya.

Om Nama Shivaaya Om Nama Shivaaya Om Nama Shivaaya Om Nama Shivaaya From the infinity of universe and all the dimensions come back to Bendu.

The point of creation.

Slowly we will travel our way out again.

From Bendu remember the union of Shiva and Shakti in a six-pointed star.

Sat kona.

Go more out to Padma,

The lotus with eight petals represented in the five elements of five scents at the three conscious stage.

Going more outward,

Seeing your circle,

Divine timeline rotating,

Past,

Now and future.

Going more outward to Bupura,

Your square,

With the four entrances,

Feel this foundation.

From that square come back to your own foundation,

Your body.

Take a few deep breaths.

While you take the time to integrate the whole journey,

You can still keep your eyes closed.

And I will share some benefits.

You might feel them already.

Shiva Yantra.

It opens the portal to prosperity,

Wealth and abundance of life.

It brings good health,

Good fortune as many facets.

It eliminates diseases,

Illness and fear.

It removes blockers from the past so you can flow easily ahead.

It calms down the mind and increases your concentration.

As well,

It protects you from the evil eye,

Black magic and other lower vibrations.

It harmonizes and activates your positive energies so you can fully live and enjoy the abundance of your life.

Om Nama Shivaya.

To all the all,

Auspicious divine,

I bow down.

Take another deep inhale.

Feel it.

Exhale,

Smile and once you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Come back.

And now,

Here and now in your surrounding,

In your space.

Thank you for trusting,

For diving with me into the journey.

You're more than welcome to meditate with me again.

Whenever you need it,

Come back to the same meditation.

There's so much magic and power in it,

Especially if you repeat it.

Thank you so much for receiving.

Namaste.
