Welcome,

This is your moment to pause,

To reconnect,

And to ground yourself into the present moment.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes and feel the steady support of the surface beneath you,

And let your body begin to settle.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale softly through your mouth.

Do a few more of these on your own,

And with each exhale notice how your body begins to release and let go of any tension.

As the tones of the gong begin to resonate,

Allow their vibrations to meet you wherever you are.

There's nothing to force or fix here,

Just let the sounds flow through and around you,

Creating space for ease and balance.

Now bring your awareness to your feet.

Without needing to visualize,

Simply notice any sensations here.

Maybe you feel a sense of weight or connection to the ground.

And feel how the earth holds you,

Steady and strong.

Let this grounding awareness rise upward,

Moving through your legs,

Your hips,

And into your belly.

Notice if the vibrations of the gong ripples through these areas,

Gently loosening and softening as they go.

Allow the grounding awareness to continue to rise to the chest,

The arms,

The whole back body,

Into the throat and the head.

And with each breath,

Allow your body to feel a little heavier,

As though it's sinking into the support of the earth.

Notice that the gong's tones resonate deeply,

And mirror the grounding energy that holds you in this moment.

Now imagine yourself stepping onto a path.

It may feel earthy and solid beneath your feet,

Like a well-worn trail.

This path leads inward,

Toward a place of connection and ease within you.

With each step,

Let your breath guide you forward,

Inhale,

Drawing in a sense of calm.

Exhale,

Release what no longer serves you.

Feel how the gong's vibrations travel alongside you,

As though they're clearing the way to make your journey smoother and lighter.

As you walk this path,

You're not seeking or striving.

You're simply arriving,

Step by step,

Into a space of clarity and balance.

At the center of this inward journey,

You arrive at a space that feels open and expansive.

There's no need to visualize it,

Just sense it,

As though it's a feeling of ease within your own body.

Here,

The gong's tones seem to echo in harmony with your breath and heartbeat.

Notice how they may ripple through you,

Touching places that need soothing,

Energizing,

Or balancing.

And let yourself rest in this resonance.

Feel the connection between the sound,

Your breath,

And the steady support of the earth beneath you.

Know that everything is working together to hold you and to nurture you.

There's nothing to do in this moment,

But simply be.

When you feel ready,

Begin to sense your breath more fully,

The gentle rise and fall,

The rhythm of air moving in and out.

Feel your body resting on the surface beneath you,

Supported and steady.

The gong's tones are with you,

Gently guiding you back to the surface of your awareness.

As you begin to return,

Notice how your body feels in comparison to when you began.

Perhaps there's a lightness or a sense of grounding that wasn't there before.

Rest in this awareness.

Take one final deep breath in and exhale completely.

Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Inviting small movements back into your body.

If you're lying down,

Slowly come up to a comfortable seated position and take a moment to notice the space around you.

Know that you can carry this grounding energy into the rest of your day.

Let this sense of balance and connection stay with you,

Like an anchor you can return to whenever you need it.

Gently bow your chin and give gratitude for your body,

For this moment,

And for your life.
