Risings everyone.

My name is Janet Gallardo and I am here to lead you through a guided meditation to take you on your day today.

For today,

We're going to go ahead and start by finding a comfortable place to sit or lay down.

Begin to connect with your breath.

Inhale on a count of 4,

3,

2,

1.

Hold for 4,

3,

2,

1.

Exhale 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

You're doing great.

Let's do that a few more times.

Inhale on a count of 4,

Hold on a count of 4,

And exhale letting it all go on a count of 5.

Don't be afraid to let out a big ol' sigh here.

Inhale for 4,

Exhale on a 5.

The more you let it go by sighing it out,

You're allowing yourself to really ease into the practice,

Letting the weight of the world go.

This is a meditation to help you focus on what you want to intend to take on your day.

A little bit of a manifestation here,

But first we really have to connect with our breath to connect and stay aligned within ourselves.

One more round of your deep breath,

Welcoming this beautiful day to know that you can just take it on with courage here.

Once you have settled that breath work in,

Allow yourself to really think about what it is that you want to start your day with.

And maybe that's just a simple morning coffee,

A little walk,

Journaling,

Even simply getting out of bed is enough to move that energy,

To get that momentum.

It's the intention that will play a big role throughout your day.

That sweet,

Sweet connection to what matters for the next moment.

Bringing awareness to your surroundings.

How's the temperature feeling?

How's your body reacting?

Is it cold?

Is it hot?

Are you holding any specific tension in an area of your body?

And if so,

Send some loving energy with your breath to that little stressor in your temple,

Giving you that freedom to take charge because you are in control of this current moment.

Are you fidgeting around?

And if so,

What is making you fidget?

Remember,

It's okay that if we cannot come to a complete stillness.

What matters here is you taking a few minutes of your time to know that you want to focus on what you want to manifest and what you want to put out for the day,

For the week,

For your overall journey.

As you become aware of your surroundings,

Feel free to let everything go.

Connecting to the third eye with a soft gaze or completely closing your eyes here,

Allowing yourself to really settle in here.

And in order for us to move that cloudiness,

That fogs-air space and imagery,

Let in this loving white light surround you.

Visualize it removing away any other image that may appear and only focus on a beaming glowing light covering you,

Protecting your aura field,

Keeping you safe,

Leading you towards your path.

Picture it like your blank canvas,

If you will.

Perfect.

As you allow yourself to vision this beautiful white imagery of protection,

Of cleansing,

Remember that intention that you have set in the beginning,

What it is that you want to focus on,

What it is that you want to bring into fruition.

Paint your canvas here of a beautiful imagery of living in that manifestation,

Not just seeing it,

Really feeling that picture,

Connecting to the details.

How does it make you feel?

Are you happy,

Content,

Worried?

Allow these feelings to come up as you paint your image,

Remembering the more good vibrations you feel,

The quicker that your manifestations will come.

Is there other people in that painting or is it just yourself?

Connect to that image for another minute.

Beautiful.

Begin to bring awareness back to your senses and your surroundings and start with your breath,

Connecting back to it.

Inhale and exhale.

Let out a sigh here,

Ahhh,

And affirming before you come fully into the present moment that this is mine.

I am meant to have this.

I am worthy of my desires.

The universe is aligning me to my dreams.

As you wake up,

Body and come back into the present moment,

Allow yourself to do a little bit of body movements to really get the flow of your blood going,

Warming up your day,

Creating energy.

Maybe you want to wiggle your arms out and do a little bit of neck rolls to ease off any tension throughout our night's rest.

Shake out the body,

Knowing that you're open to receive and opening to these shakes that we will encounter.

And when you're ready,

Come into complete stillness and begin to connect back to the breath here.

Inhale on a count of four,

Hold for a count of four,

And exhale on a count of five.

Thanking yourself for taking the time to practice on improving your own.
