Our daily lives are shaped by habits, and often, we don’t realize how much they control our actions, thoughts, and emotions. Breaking bad habits isn’t just about discipline—it’s about shifting where we place our awareness. Instead of letting old patterns run automatically, we can create a new habit: bringing awareness to the heart. This simple yet powerful shift can transform the way we experience life, opening the door to greater peace, clarity, and fulfillment. In this session, we’ll explore how habits form, why they feel so strong, and how to replace them with conscious awareness. The key isn’t just stopping a habit but redirecting energy toward something that nourishes us. By training ourselves to return to the heart—again and again—we create lasting change, not through struggle, but through presence. Small changes lead to profound transformations, and the habit of awareness may be the most powerful one of all.

Hi there.

If you continue to do the same as you did yesterday and all your life,

The chances there'll be a difference are very,

Very slim.

If you want to make a change,

You must make a change.

Let's talk about habits.

If we pay attention,

We can see very clearly that all our existence relates to habit.

Two habits equal memory.

Talking to you in English is habit and memory.

I have all the words in my mind and I know what they mean and I put them into sentences and then we can communicate.

The same goes with anything else that we do.

If I need to get up from this chair,

Probably I get up to the right because this is my habit.

If I brush my teeth,

I'll do it with the right and this is a habit,

Etc.

Okay?

So the way we think,

The way we behave,

The way we act always is a habit and engrained memory.

It doesn't matter if we brush our teeth with the right hand or the left hand,

But it's really matter if we're stupid,

Not good enough,

Not worthy and this is a habit.

It's extremely important if when we open our eyes,

Our mind immediately starts to think what's bad about our life or what I didn't do or even what I need to do today,

Instead of bringing our awareness to the heart and being quiet.

It's extremely important if in the middle of the night when I wake up,

The mind again starts to think and it's not able to calm itself down,

To harmonize itself and to go back to sleep.

So breaking habits is super important.

How do we do that?

It's very simple.

One of the great way to do it is to do things different than normal,

Small things.

If I get up from the chair to the right,

I'll make a point to get up from the chair to the left.

If I brush my teeth with the right,

I'll do it with the left hand,

Etc.

So as many breaking habits,

Habits that we have,

That we do different will be beneficial and you see very fast that this start to evolve and spread into different activities that you didn't even plan.

So if I brush my teeth with the right,

I also pay attention what's happening in my mind.

What do I think?

How do I think?

What about do I think?

So I want to encourage you to start and break habits,

Small habits and you'll see the benefit is enormous.

Just be very consistent.

All the time do it.

You see now for example,

I put my hands like this,

I change like that.

If you do exercise,

Pay attention what you do.

If you going up the stairs,

Go with the left while with the right,

Etc.

Bring habit to any action in your life and you see an enormous improvement in all aspect of what you're doing.

Blessing and good luck on breaking habits.

Bye-bye.
