Hey my friend,
Let's harmonize anxiety.
You don't need to have it and it can be harmonized in a few simple steps.
Let's go for it.
Let's start with deep breathing.
When the mind is anxious,
We need to calm it as fast as possible.
So make sure you're sitting comfortable.
Close your eyes and just start to breathe deeper into the lower part of the body.
Inhale deep.
Exhale and visualize you directing the life force and the breath down your legs into the center of the earth.
Again take a deep breath.
Invite the breath to move deep deep into your lower abdomen pelvic floor and then exhale it down your legs into the center of the earth.
Continue the same but now add an image that when you're inhaling you're pulling the life force and the breath from infinity way up above your head and then you're exhaling it down your body into the center of the earth.
One more time.
Take a deep breath.
Visualize that infinite light entering to your body and then exhale it down your legs into the center of the earth.
Now let's reduce the intensity of the breathing.
Keep breath awareness but not so strong but keep the same image that when you're inhaling you're pulling the life force like golden light together with the air far away above into your body and then exhaling it down into the center of the earth.
If a thought comes,
Don't worry about it.
Just continue breath awareness.
Okay let's make the breath even more softer hardly controlled but completely with awareness inhaling and inviting the breath deep into your body exhaling and directing down your legs,
Down your feet and like roots into the center of the earth.
Beautiful.
Now let's relax the forehead.
Feel that your forehead become heavier.
Feel that your eyes become heavier.
Allow your face to relax and allow your jaw to become heavier.
Okay so step one we started with strong breathing.
Step number two relaxing from top to bottom.
Forehead,
Eyes,
Jaw and then we continue to relax the shoulders,
The chest and the upper body,
The abdomen and the back and then down the legs into the feet.
Wonderful.
The next step we start to pay attention to vibration in the body.
Your body constantly vibrates.
It's actually holding an energy field within it that vibrates all the time and let's try to recognize that your body is vibrating.
Like electricity in your arms,
In your fingers,
In your toes,
In your feet,
In your legs and then try to expand this vibration awareness to feel that the whole body vibrates.
Normally when we are more stressed the vibration is more intense,
More imbalanced and as we're relaxing the vibration become more comfortable,
Softer and then when we're completely relaxed then we don't feel the vibration anymore.
Now as you're recognizing vibration in your body acknowledge that the same vibrations are also outside your body.
Surround you this energy field that vibrates exactly the same as those vibrations inside your body.
Allow the inner vibration and the outer vibration to harmonize.
So instead of having this inner and outer separation you gradually feel that you are melting into the outside vibration,
Synchronizing.
Now specifically let's synchronize or invite synchronization between your chest,
Your heart center and the vibration field around your body.
Let them harmonize.
Then shift your awareness to your solar plexus,
Just below the chest,
The upper part of the abdomen and let that energy center harmonize its vibration with the infinite field surrounding you.
And then go to your second chakra or sacral chakra below the navel.
And allow that energy center to expand and harmonize with the infinite field of vibration.
Wonderful.
Just to repeat the three steps.
Number one strong breathing,
Guiding the breath down into the lower part of your body.
Then softening the breath but keeping this image of inviting the life force down into your body and down the legs to the earth.
Step number two relaxation,
Starting from the head and relaxing all the way down to your toes.
Number three recognizing vibrations in the body and outside the body and inviting synchronization.
