In this meditation, we’ll use a simple yet powerful structure to bring the mind to stillness: awareness in three directions. We’ll begin by recognizing awareness itself—the vast field that holds everything. Then, we’ll shift into awareness of self—the body, the breath, the presence we experience as “me.” Finally, we’ll open into awareness of what appears outside of us—sounds, sensations, and space. This threefold attention forms a sacred alignment, a kind of cross within our being, grounding us deeply in presence. It offers clarity, quiet, and unity. When we rest in all three at once, the mind slows naturally, and we return to what is real, steady, and always available: pure awareness.

Okay,

Great.

Let's start.

And I call this meditation the Holy Cross or something like this.

But basically what I want to emphasize that a beautiful way to connect to Source and to stop the mind from moving all over the place is to connect awareness inwards or to connect awareness,

Let's say,

On its three aspects.

The infinite awareness of all there is,

The awareness of what's going on inside,

What we call me,

And the awareness of outside me.

Okay?

So really it's only one space,

But our mind is programmed to look at it in a different way.

When it's a baby,

It looks only inside and calls everything me,

Me,

Me,

And forgets there's outside.

Then when it starts to grow,

So it's recognizing,

Ooh,

There's also outside,

And then it starts to expand.

And then we need to forget that there's inside and outside and unite it all to one space.

And that's what we do all the time.

But today I want to emphasize an experience that I'm having lately,

And hopefully it can support more to connect to that space and to maintain it.

Because normally we try to maintain by presence,

Of course,

By gratitude,

And let's say more physical things.

But if the awareness is established in one place and it doesn't move from there,

Then we don't need to do anything else.

We are there or we are here.

So let's work with that a little bit and get more clarity about it.

And hopefully it will help us to maintain a presence without an effort,

Or at least if we lose it,

To come back quite easy.

So first of all,

Let's just connect to the breath and just invite our being to be here.

Paying attention how the breath moves in and goes out.

And as we becoming aware of the breath,

Let's invite the awareness or acknowledge the awareness to become infinite.

Okay,

So we are aware of infinity and inside the body in the same time.

As we're doing so,

Let's as well become more clear about that place where we feel the awareness is attached to the brain,

To the mind.

Try to feel that area in the third eye,

But it's not really only the third eye.

I feel it's the whole frontal lobe or the front of the brain.

It's all the area of awareness.

And have a feeling that as wider it's become,

It's easier to keep presence.

So let's dedicate some time to establish even more clear that place of awareness,

Which part of the brain,

Let's try to be very clear,

Is activated when we're using awareness.

So we are aware of the place where awareness is acknowledged and in a way shown from.

Okay,

And this is really the slight shift from normally,

Because normally we are aware inside the body,

Where we're outside the body,

And we try to connect them both.

But we are not aware of the place from where we are aware.

So maybe we can think about it a little bit or visualize as a field,

Like a triangle,

Something like this,

If it helps,

That one point is the brain,

The awareness,

Or the place where awareness is connected to the brain.

The other one is inside the body,

Is the body,

And the other one is the whole creation.

Okay,

We don't need to do any effort,

We just need to acknowledge this field,

Let's say made from these three components,

And just try to be there in the same time in that field.

So it's not outside or inside or in the awareness,

It is a field.

Okay,

And what's the main trick here is to recognize that there is no need to have identity here.

It's not that I am now aware of,

Because this I am is the ego part of the mind.

Okay,

So we try to surrender and to be that field that I mentioned,

And not to look from the ego,

Outside or inside,

Or not to have the ego as the reference point.

It's a field of being,

That's why I called it the holy cross of being.

And the reason I called it cross is because the awareness is like the center,

And then it holds together everything around.

So it's not your awareness,

It is awareness which you are,

And which everything is,

And it's including all your human existence and the whole creation with no separate identity,

I am that I am.

Normally in this position the mind doesn't move so much,

Or hopefully it stops altogether.

Or if it does move,

It's move completely separate from the awareness.

It's just another something in the infinite field which you are.

Now the fact that we are infinite field,

It doesn't mean that necessarily we feel amazing already.

Because when we are living with the identity of separation,

There is me and then the world,

By default we are blocked.

Immediately we are blocked,

Immediately there is a sense of more or less anxiety.

Immediately there is a sense of something is missing,

And we try to fill it up with the usual stuff.

So that anxiety doesn't necessarily disappear when we are moving into this infinite space,

But we can invite it,

Or we can be with it as infinity,

We don't need to identify with it.

So as infinity,

As that infinite space,

Infinite field which we are,

Which you are,

Which all there is,

Try to acknowledge your nervous system,

Try to acknowledge any sense of anxiety,

It doesn't have to be strong,

But just a sense of some shakiness,

Some upsetness,

Something that doesn't feel right within your human presence.

Don't collapse into it,

Don't think why it is,

Be with it as creation.

Be with it as the field itself,

And look at it as some manifestation in the field.

And invite that to dissolve.

Just invite it,

No need to do anything special,

Recognize and invite.

What will help a lot is when you are very very clear about that layer of anxious vibration.

It can be very subtle,

Even the anxiety.

Like let's say you're looking on some very very far ship in the horizon that hardly can be seen,

Maybe seen,

Maybe doesn't see.

Sometimes it can be like this,

The anxiety,

Sometimes strong.

So try to locate it wherever it is and the way it is,

But always as the field,

Not as you.

And let's not get caught in what we are recognizing,

Even if it's quite strong,

Like strong anxiety or strong sadness,

Fear or any other emotion that is not comfortable.

In fact as much as you are clear with it,

As much that it rises within you,

The faster it will dissolve and dissipate.

Then it says specifically connect to the heart chakra and invite it as well to release any tension within it and to completely open up,

To vibrate in harmony with the whole creation.

Gita Ichi Kyu Remember that you are a field or the field,

Not a field,

The field.

Remember that the field must include infinity,

Your human presence and the awareness of awareness and that activation of that place in your brain.

Feel that it's working,

That your brain is infinite.

That your brain is the field.

You are not outside,

You are not inside,

You are everywhere and everything.

Okay,

Let's say also invite our second chakra below the navel,

Above the pubic bone,

The area of the lower abdomen,

As well to synchronize.

I'm inviting my second chakra to harmonize with the whole creation.

And let's take advantage that we are here,

The sangha community,

Spiritual community of sisters and brothers on the spiritual path.

And we can support each other big time to raise vibration to the maximum,

To unite completely with Source.

So it's very important that we are acknowledging the presence of each other,

Very very important.

Because like this we can raise vibration and unite as one body of being.

And pull those of us who find it difficult now,

Pull it and support them so everybody will rise into the highest vibration which is complete unity.

Okay,

So let's take a minute to acknowledge that we are forming a circle.

Circle of a connected heart of love,

A circle of connected acknowledgement of presence,

Mind,

A circle of acknowledgement of united energy,

Energy.

And if you pay attention right now,

Things are shifting right now because everybody is pulling into the circle.

And now in the circle we are supporting each other by first acknowledging and then visualizing that every time we exhale we are giving the best vibration possible.

To those who need support and every time we inhale we are receiving the same quality.

And like this we are raising each other to the highest possible vibration.

And the highest possible vibration is a pure light.

If you connect through light,

I don't,

But if you see colors you might experience like this.

It can be pure being,

It's just a complete dissolvement and just a sense of I am that I am.

There is no one there,

There is only a sense of I am that I am.

Beautiful.

And then let's take a minute and think about those who need support right now.

And I want to mention first of all our dear sister Kay that had some difficulties and she is with us right now.

And we can support her so much with so much love and beautiful energy so she can heal really fast.

And then you can invite to the circle anyone that you know is finding it difficult in this moment.

They can use help.

And let's take a minute and just release our mind from any duty.

You don't need to,

It doesn't need to do anything,

To think about anything,

To visualize anything,

Nothing.

It doesn't need to have anything that pulls it from source.

And just allow your being to be,

Just ease as it is.

Beautiful.
