So,
Before we start,
Let's just take a minute for each one of us to try to identify those tendencies within us that are triggering us,
Those points that when our child or our partner or anyone says something,
We get angry,
We get upset,
We start to argue,
But you did this,
But I did that,
And all those stories,
Yeah?
And we have to be very honest with ourselves because we have to decide in this life if we are here to protect something called the ego,
Which is not existing and actually it's a troublemaker,
Or we want to be a light end,
Or we want to connect to the source of being.
We have to really be brave on that and to be very clear what we want to do in this life,
Yeah?
And if somebody said and we start to shout at them and start to be angry at them because they touch our little small ego,
That means that we are not really dedicating honestly our energy to what is really important,
Yeah?
We're more dedicating to protect something that is actually a troublemaker.
It doesn't make sense,
But it happens at least to me,
I believe also to other people.
So,
It's very important that we know exactly those things and we also know that it's not very important to protect it because it creates trouble.
So,
Let's just take a minute and just identify for ourselves and maybe try to remember times today,
Yesterday,
Or whenever that actually we jumped,
Yeah?
Inside,
Even not on the other person,
But inside we felt hurt,
We felt,
Oh,
That's not correct,
But I did that and you did that,
And all those stories.
And then let's be clear about the pain,
The pain,
The pain that actually this situation provokes within us and that pain that try to justify why I did something and the other person is actually wrong and all that dynamic that actually is very hurtful for everybody.
And then we have to be very,
We have to be very committed to the journey we are on,
You know?
And to be very clear that protecting that ego,
Little ego,
Is not really something very useful.
Of course,
I'm not talking about the abuse,
You know?
I'm about somebody's hurting us.
I'm talking about little conversation that creates tension in our system,
In our solar plexus,
In our heart.
That's what I'm talking.
Okay.
For that,
We have to know presence,
We have to know what is balance.
Be very,
Very,
Very clear and understand that when we're resisting balance by trying to justify the ego,
We have a place we can go back to really fast.
Let's identify very,
Very clear balance,
Very clear.
And for that,
We don't necessarily need to do a lot of meditation.
It's very good that we'll be able to harmonize very fast,
To come to center very fast.
It doesn't mean that we are relaxed.
It doesn't mean that we are comfortable within us.
But it means that I choose presence and not choosing to protect the little ego.
I'm choosing presence and not to protect the little ego.
In presence,
Even if my heart is painful,
My stomach is painful,
My solar plexus is painful,
That even if I feel that I've been hurt emotionally,
I can still choose presence and be with it instead of letting my mind starting to get at the other person.
Let's do it exactly now.
Exactly now.
We don't need to breathe for 10 minutes.
We can immediately identify what's going on within us right now.
And if you feel imbalanced,
It's great.
It means that you can work with that imbalance right now.
So,
Let's assume that we all feel more or less imbalanced.
So,
Within this imbalance,
Let's recognize now clearly what is balanced.
Okay?
There's many ways to do it,
But let's connect first to the affirmation that I'm choosing presence.
I'm choosing presence.
Meaning,
In that moment that I say I'm choosing presence,
I'm moving as an observer and I'm moving out of the washing machine,
Out of the emotion,
Out of the thoughts,
Out of everything.
Moving out.
And just observing.
Even if what I observe is really not comfortable,
I'm still staying as the observer.
I'm not getting into the story.
Let's do it now.
Observe.
Observe your stomach.
Observe your heart.
Observe your mind.
Just observe.
Don't get into the story.
And observe without an opinion.
Being.
Nothing to say,
Just presence,
Pure presence.
I'm choosing presence.
Okay?
And let's go even deeper and say I am presence and what I'm observing is coming from some kind of confusion of the ego.
So,
Acknowledge the truth of who you are,
This presence infinite being,
Observing the confusion,
Observing the emotions and all what you observe.
Just this very action of I'm choosing presence,
I'm choosing truth over I'm choosing the the ego and the little person that fights there,
That's already the major shift,
The major,
Major shift.
Okay,
Let's stay there as the observer.
Yeah?
As if you're observing a flow in a river and in the river there are rocks,
There is waterfall,
There is wide spaces,
There is narrow spaces and you just observe.
Observe.
Observe the life force,
The emotions,
The mind,
The physical body.
Just observe.
Don't get involved.
Good.
Now we're moving bigger.
Yeah,
Because this is still quite small,
You know.
I'm observing my problems,
Let's say,
Or my imbalance.
But this I is not limited to the little person,
Of course.
So,
Now we remembering that actually we are infinite.
So,
Let's widen our consciousness to infinity and as infinity let's continue to observe the imbalance in the system,
What we called me,
But now I'm observing it as infinity.
Okay?
If before,
Let's say,
We got hurt from something that happened,
From somebody told us something or a thought that was difficult,
Situation was difficult and we completely were inside it and completely identifying with it as if like a bad dream,
Then you wake up.
You wake up,
Say,
Oh it was a dream.
It is a dream and what you're waking up is to your true self which is infinite being.
So,
When you wake up,
Open up and identify the truth.
Your consciousness again occupies the whole creation and in that creation there is the story of you,
Of me,
Of I,
My story.
So,
We're keeping infinite space,
Infinite space.
And we're coming home,
Meaning now I know who I am and every time I'm pulled from that infinity,
I recognize it and I go back to infinity because this,
Where am I?
Infinity.
So,
From that position,
Let's harmonize our system more.
Let's relax the heart chakra and invite the heart chakra to unite with all creation which is me.
Let's invite our nervous system to synchronize and harmonize with the whole creation which is me.
Yes,
So our consciousness is infinite,
Our mind the same is infinite and it's inviting the nervous system to synchronize with infinity.
Let's harmonize our brain with infinity.
Yes,
So always you stay as infinity and then you say,
So how does my brain feels?
And you might feel tension,
Maybe pain,
Discomfort,
Maybe some stress or comfortable.
And then invite whatever you're finding in the brain to synchronize,
To harmonize with infinity.
Just you say,
I'm inviting my brain to synchronize with all there is.
But you are all there is,
It's not that you are the little person pushing out energy.
You are everything inviting part of the little you to harmonize with the infinity.
Beautiful.
Let's connect to our second chakra and invite our second chakra to synchronize with the whole creation.
Okay,
Now let's pay attention to our physical body and if there is any tension in our physical body inviting that part of your physical body to synchronize with the whole creation.
Now let's go more subtle and try to recognize if there's any vibration in your body that doesn't feel in harmony.
Meaning that it's too busy,
Let's say,
Or too noticed,
You can say.
That means that it's vibrating in a low vibration.
Okay,
So let's recognize areas of the body which are vibrating and again invite those areas to synchronize with the whole creation.
And remember that the low vibration can be in the body,
Can be also in the aura outside the body.
So just try to recognize vibration and once you synchronize one layer of vibration,
Start to move outwards,
Find another layer and synchronize that one as well.
You know that you are harmonizing because you feeling less and less the physical body or the emotion or the mind,
Everything become more and more subtle.
Okay,
And now let's pay attention to the breath,
But not the breath in the body,
But the breath as infinity.
So we don't change anything in the way we breathe,
But because our being is infinite,
When we inhale the whole creation expands.
Okay,
So try to be aware and breathe as infinity.
When you exhale,
You're shooting immense light and the creation expands even more.
And now let's drop the mind completely.
Yeah,
Until now we use the mind to harmonize,
To recognize,
To direct.
Now we drop the mind,
We don't do anything.
Zero mental activity.
And you recognize that you're still completely present,
But you are presence.
You're not present,
You are presence.
Yeah,
You are everything.
When you experience no mind,
No mind being,
Then you know very clear who you are.
There is no doubt.
And this state compared to the state we started of the little person that tried to justify some,
You know,
Some ego thought,
It's completely incomparable,
Completely incomparable.
It's like the king of the most mighty kingdom have a dream that he's a small beggar and completely forgotten the truth of his kingdom,
Of his domain.
That's what happened.
We fall into dream and we collapse into illusion.
So we need to constantly recognize and practice the truth.
And like this we wake up and we keep awaken.
So let's invite to this beautiful space loved one that may be defining difficult at this moment,
Or maybe not,
But we just love them so much that we say,
Wow,
I would like them to feel that as well.
And let's invite a leader,
Political leader,
Financial leaders,
Social leaders,
People that holds a lot of power on this planet.
Invite them to this space so they realize the truth of who you are,
Who they are,
And it will help them to make good decisions for the benefit of humanity and the planet and future generations.
