Good.

So,

I want to focus today on relaxation.

We can all do with some relaxation.

Yeah,

Relaxation is so magical.

And I think when we understand relaxation,

We can go deeper into it.

At least this is the case for me.

So I wanted to make it more clear.

What's happening in relaxation?

Okay.

So,

Let's focus inwards.

And just observe what's happening right now.

How do we feel?

And always,

Always,

In this level of work that we are sharing already a long time,

What's important is to acknowledge that who we are is the space and not what we are observing.

As well what we observe,

But this is less important here.

What's important is to realize that I am the space,

I am the awareness.

And what comes in that infinite field of awareness comes and goes,

But I never come and go.

That I that observe is forever.

And it doesn't matter how difficult or how uplifting and blissful is the observation.

If it's in still observation,

Meaning two mode,

Mid observer,

Observing something external to me,

Yeah,

It's still in the ego realm.

Yeah,

Nothing wrong with that,

But we have to acknowledge that.

Okay,

So let's observe,

See what's going on.

And now,

Let's work with relaxation.

Okay,

Relaxation is the most basic,

Basic that we start doing when we do yoga or any time.

Relaxation is so basic,

It's so powerful,

So,

So powerful and has so much wisdom in it.

So,

Let's bring our awareness to our face.

Okay,

We are being present with our face,

Observing what's happening there.

Is the tension,

Is there an energy balance or imbalance?

Now,

The fact that we are aware of now is the face,

Allows the muscles,

The tissues,

All that organism to start to become itself.

It has space to be.

It doesn't have to smile or to be tense or to do anything.

It has the permission just to be.

Because awareness is pure,

Pure energy.

And when it's kind of caressing an object,

That object can relax,

Relax in its space.

That I,

That ego,

That psyche that we're constantly identifying as,

Is in between,

Normally,

Awareness and object.

In the form of mind,

Of thought,

It always has something to say.

But here we want only awareness and object to communicate.

We want the object to soften in that infinite space of awareness.

The only function of the mind here is to allow that to happen,

That's all.

So,

Awareness and face starting to synchronize into each other.

And the imbalance in the face,

Based on the result of tension,

Start to dissolve and to synchronize with the infinite space of awareness.

And you can feel it as a vibration that softens,

As space that opens up,

As warm and comfortable sensation.

There are many ways we can feel that improvement.

Okay,

Before we continue,

We have also to acknowledge that awareness that we are kind of shining on the object face,

Where is it coming from?

Is it my awareness,

Yeah,

Coming from my head into my face?

Yeah,

So I'm still in a very small space because I'm identifying myself only as me.

And I'm now shining awareness from my body into another part of my body.

This is possible,

But it's very,

Very,

Very,

Very limited.

Awareness is creation itself,

So let's not limit it so small into only this body.

So,

When we shine awareness on an object,

The face,

Right now,

Really what we do is offering synchronization between the whole creation and the object we've chosen.

So,

The mind becomes like a portal through which the whole creation communicates with the object,

And then the object can truly and deeply relax,

Very deep.

Okay,

Let's try it.

The whole creation is synchronizing with your face.

With your forehead.

With your eyes.

Yeah,

It's like the infinite,

Infinite consciousness is boundless with zero tension.

Those parts of your body which you are relaxing,

They earn that space,

They earn this infinity,

They earn this zero tension,

The love being in zero tension.

Allow that to take place.

Allow the tension in the face,

In the eyes,

In the forehead,

Inside your mind,

Your brain,

To relax,

To open up,

To soften,

By understanding that there's no need to compress all your being into that little person called me,

The ego person.

There's no need for that.

It functions a billion times better in an infinite being,

In comparison to ego being.

Okay,

We continue downwards.

We're synchronizing with the whole creation,

Our throat and our neck.

Okay,

So when we're offering synchronization,

That part that we are synchronizing is becoming alive.

We're like giving it permission.

Okay,

You can return to normal.

The war is over.

Relax,

Everything is okay.

And you can synchronize with home,

With infinity.

Wonderful,

Let's continue.

And do the same with our shoulders,

Our arms,

Our hands and our fingers.

Allow themselves to become infinite.

Allow themselves to lose its individuality and merge with the whole creation.

As less you feel that part of your body you're relaxing,

It's healthier,

Because it means it's not working against resistance.

Of the ego.

Let's continue downwards and connect to our heart center.

Its physicality with the ribcage is relaxing.

The front,

The chest,

The back,

Upper back,

Shoulder blades,

They're all spacing out,

All opening,

Allowed to be infinite.

Don't worry,

Your body will not fall apart,

But the tension will be lost.

As long as your soul is in your body,

Your body will never fall apart.

It will always attract the life force into it.

And when it's time to go,

Then it will go,

It's okay.

Right now we can release the tension,

But we stay as a human being.

Okay,

So the heart chakra,

Which holds a lot of tension,

Emotional tension,

Is invited to synchronize with Source,

To open to infinity.

Remember to shift your,

Let's say,

Identity from being only this person,

Small person,

To being the whole creation.

The whole creation is not an real identity,

It's the truth,

It's just a state of being,

Of being,

Not being a human,

Being a dolphin,

Being a butterfly,

It's being.

Good,

We continue downwards,

And we're softening the mid-torso,

The solar plexus,

The upper abdomen part,

The mid-back,

All that area opens up.

Again,

The solar plexus holds a lot of ego tension,

And we allow it to soften,

Not psychologically,

Energetically.

Let's continue downwards,

And let's focus now on the lower abdomen,

What we call the sacral chakra,

The second chakra,

And allow that area to open up to the whole creation.

Allow yourself to be infinite being,

Infinite being.

We continue to move our way down into the pelvic floor.

This energy center is very much related to the distribution of energy from the top,

The torso,

Into the legs,

So let's say,

Invite that area to open up,

To release tension,

To soften,

Allowing ourselves to feel the warmth and the pleasure of the sexual energy as it relaxes and spreads all over the body,

By giving it the infinite space which we are.

Okay,

And now the chief awareness into the legs,

Allow your legs to soften,

Thighs,

Knees,

Lower legs,

Feet and toes,

And always we're relaxing with a sense of infinity,

Infinity am I,

In that infinite space,

Everything softens and harmonizes,

Synchronizes.

And now when we passed the whole body and we relaxed everywhere,

Now let's pay attention that the body is communicated within itself as a vibrational field.

Yes,

So bring awareness to the whole body and feel that your whole body vibrates,

Expanding the awareness of vibration into the space around the body,

The aura,

The energy field,

Expanding to the space where you are sitting right now,

The room where you are,

And feel that it's all vibrating and alive,

So vital,

And then expanding into the whole creation,

Okay,

And feeling that the whole creation is a ocean of vibration,

And who you are really is the awareness of creation,

The awareness of the whole creation is you,

That means enlightenment,

This is exactly enlightenment,

Enlightened being is the one who,

Who acknowledging that,

And then we try to keep that awareness as we're moving through our life.

So as we are in that infinite state or enlightened state,

It's very normal that not all our system harmonize or synchronize,

Maybe we have some physical tension,

Maybe we have emotional pain,

Maybe our energy is not balanced completely,

Maybe our mind is too occupied with something that is difficult to release and relax,

It's all normal.

But what we must always remember is the truth of who we are,

And then invite those parts that still are lingering behind,

Holding tension,

To synchronize.

Enlightenment doesn't mean that I have zero pain or zero emotion or zero tension,

It means that I know who I really are or really am.

Okay,

So let's say use this infinite space which we are sharing,

And if you're still experiencing any form of tension,

And you know it because what you're feeling stands out from the infinite vibrational field of being,

Yes,

So maybe if you feel emotional pain,

Maybe there's still sadness,

But the rest feels okay.

If you feel physical pain,

Maybe,

I don't know,

Your leg still hurts,

But the rest is cool.

If your mind is not comfortable,

Maybe it still tends to think,

But generally you feel open.

Okay,

So whatever you find that is still tense,

Just invite that part of you to synchronize with all there is.

You are all there is.

Wonderful.

Now,

This space we're sharing is so sacred and so magical and so healing,

Because we are sharing a space with zero resistance.

Tension brings illness,

Yeah,

And zero resistance brings healing.

Let's take a minute to invite whoever we feel like,

You know,

Can be people we know,

Family members,

People that we love,

Or maybe people that we have conflict with.

Let's invite whoever we want into this space,

Because this is a healing space.

Invite them to experience this beautiful energy we're sharing,

So they can heal and harmonize and connect in this way to that simple truth of unity.

It's not a religion,

It's not philosophy,

It just is,

Is-ness.

Beautiful.

So,

Before we end this session,
