Hi my friend,

Welcome.

Let's dedicate this meditation to harmonize vibration in the body with the infinite stillness that is all around us.

For that let's make sure that we are sitting or lying down comfortably and start to focus on your breathing as it comes in as it goes out and when you exhale just acknowledge that you're softening the body,

You're softening the mind,

You're relaxing.

Again taking a deep breath,

Filling the whole body with a lot of air and then exhaling and softening and releasing tension.

Now let's bring our awareness to our finger and hands.

Let's see if we can recognize that there is some vibration there,

Some or a lot.

This vibration,

Normally it's easy to recognize in the fingers,

In the hands and let's say even more on the level of the skin.

After you connecting to vibration in your fingers and your hands just check if you can recognize vibration in other parts of your body.

In fact,

The whole body vibrates all the time,

Beautifully.

And as I explained in the coaching about vibration,

That vibration that you're feeling is actually the physical aspect of the energy body.

As long as we feel that vibration so clear,

Actually there is tension in our nervous system.

So let's dedicate this meditation to harmonize that vibration and the way to do it is to expand consciousness,

Expand awareness.

Let's say we're meditating on the floor,

Expand consciousness,

Expand awareness.

Let's widen our awareness outside the body.

As far as you can visualize is better.

In truth,

You can expand your awareness to the whole creation instantaneously,

There is no problem.

And just keep your awareness as wide as possible outside the body.

Vibration outside the body is pure,

Is completely clean.

Now,

When your awareness is widely expanded outwards,

Invite the vibration in the body to synchronize with the pure energy that is surrounding you,

And it is in the whole creation.

You need to keep your awareness in the whole creation,

Meaning infinite,

And at the same time to feel the vibration in the body,

And just ask them to synchronize,

That's all,

And be patient.

You don't need to do anything else besides what I just guided,

And wait.

Remember to keep your awareness infinite and at the same time on the vibration.

And as you're holding it like this,

You'll see that slowly,

Slowly,

The breath goes deeper,

The mind softens,

The face relaxes,

And you start to feel more spacious and more comfortable within your existence.

Continue and try to recognize specific areas in your body that are vibrating differently than other areas that are standing out with the vibration,

And offer again synchronization with infinity.

Remember that your mind is infinite,

Including your body,

But not focus on the body.

And like this,

You move from one area of vibration,

Invited to synchronize,

And then to another area of vibration,

Until you feel that your body is not vibrating in the same way as before,

And actually you feel much better.
