Okay,
Let's start.
And today I would like to dedicate the meditation to the light.
And before reconnecting to that subject,
We can say,
I'd like to just connect to the now,
To this moment.
So let's just connect to the breath,
First of all,
And pay attention how the breathing moves in and goes out.
Just pay attention to the quality of the breathing and ask yourself,
Is your body receiving the breath comfortably or are there any blockages?
Now,
If you recognize any blockage in the movement of the breathing,
Just focus your awareness on that blockage and just invite that area to soften,
Okay?
So if it's,
For example,
Your solar plexus or your chest is a bit heavy,
Just be present on the tension and normally it will release,
It will open up.
And then we continue to widen our awareness as we're breathing further away from the physical body,
So we're opening our awareness,
Or we call it our mind,
To visualize a huge space around us.
If you want,
You can visualize or acknowledge the whole creation,
Why not?
And then,
As you're breathing,
Just become aware that the breath is coming from the whole creation into your body,
And then when you exhale,
You're sharing it back with the whole creation.
Again,
If you have area of tension,
Either emotional,
Maybe your chest is a bit heavy,
Or physical,
Maybe you feel some discomfort in the body,
Or maybe the mind is not quiet,
Just direct the breathing and the awareness to that area,
But always do it with awareness of infinity,
Okay?
So you bring,
Let's say,
To your chest,
If you feel emotional,
You visualize that you inhale the breath from infinity to your chest,
And you exhale the breath from your chest back to infinity.
And to make it more effective,
We can add gratitude.
So we inhale,
And we give gratitude that life's supporting us in feeling better,
And we exhale with the same attitude,
Say thank you.
So I gave the title for this meditation,
That you are the love and the light you're looking for,
And to make it more clear,
We have to focus on our heart chakra,
Okay?
So let's keep breathing the way we did until now,
But let's focus awareness on the center of the chest,
The heart chakra.
The heart chakra has the nature of love,
Okay?
So let's inhale from the whole creation to the heart chakra,
And when we exhale,
Visualize that the heart chakra expands back to the whole creation.
So although we're breathing from the nose,
Maybe from the mouth,
But you can visualize that what's breathing,
Or what breathes,
Is the heart.
So you're inhaling directly to the heart from the whole creation,
The life force,
The prana,
The chi,
And you're exhaling back from the heart,
Again the life force in a form of love and light.
So every time you exhale,
There's more light around you,
And there's more light in the whole creation.
So we're visualizing that the heart is actually the sun in the center of creation,
And every time we inhale and exhale,
That sun becomes more bright,
More radiant.
So the ego may say,
How come I can say I am the sun of the creation?
And that's true,
We are not the sun of creation,
But the nature of creation is light and love,
And when we visualize as if we are the sun of creation,
We're uniting with that vibration that is already here.
It's just the way that our mind can unite with that vibration.
That's why I say in the title of the meditation that we are the love and the light we are looking for.
We just have to tune into that,
Okay?
Now let's continue working with the same direction,
But let's drop the controlled breathing.
Just stay with your awareness focused in the center of the chest,
In the heart chakra,
Acknowledging that the heart chakra is like an opening,
Like a portal that allows your heart and your mind to move through that opening and to feel that you are everything,
That you are love,
That you are light,
That you are the infinite vibration.
And that movement is not really entering,
Let's say you enter into an office building,
You enter from the street through the door,
But inside you're still the same person.
Here it's not the same.
The portal of the heart will transform you,
So you enter as ego,
But you move to the other side as unity.
So the mind has to surrender in that,
Through that portal.
It enters mind into the heart,
It leaves nothing and everything.
As much as we surrender,
The power of the transformation is more deep,
Fast,
Profound.
All these words we use,
We,
I,
Mine,
Me,
Is all illusory,
Are all words that the mind takes to itself to separate itself from life.
As you go through this portal of the heart,
All these words don't mean anything anymore because they don't exist.
Beyond the portal of the heart,
What exists is only love,
Light,
Unity.
All this tendency of the mind to control everything has to evaporate through that portal.
As if you throw water on a hot iron,
It will evaporate immediately.
That's the image when the mind touches the heart.
If you feel that sense of expansion and peace or creation,
We can welcome other parts of our existence,
Again,
Our physical body or emotions or mind or energy,
To transform as well through this portal.
So we can invite physical tension to transform.
We can invite mental tension to transform.
Our body and our human existence function the best in infinite space.
So every part of us has to be connected to infinity because then it has space to be.
The mind has to be infinite.
The chakras must be infinite.
The aura must be infinite.
Everything has to breathe and communicate with infinity.
And then its physicality,
Its humanness,
Will function the best.
And as much as we are pulling into the ego,
We are enclosing ourselves.
We become more tight,
More heavy.
And then we're feeling worse.
So let's release everything to infinity.
You know it's working good for you because your body,
Maybe you don't feel it almost as a physical form,
You feel it only as an energy,
Because your mind is quiet,
Because your heart is very expanded,
Because you feel good.
It means you are expanded.
To get more power into this practice,
It's very helpful when we're acknowledging the presence of each other who are sharing this meditation,
Acknowledging that we are a group of spiritual brothers and sisters sharing this beautiful space of now.
And because we are aware of the presence of each other,
Immediately our minds are supporting each other automatically.
So let's just say in our mind,
I'm acknowledging the presence of my community,
Spiritual community,
In this meditation.
I receive so much from each other.
I give so much to each other.
With each breath I feel the nourishment.
With each exhalation I give as much as I can.
This is when we do this part of the meditation.
I feel so much gratitude for those of you sharing this space,
Because I really feel that what you do is helping me,
And I hope it's opposite.
You also feel it,
That we're supporting each other to raise,
Beautiful.
And now let's just invite somebody that we know that is struggling right now,
That either them or maybe part of their body,
Or something is not working very well for them at the moment,
Physically,
Emotionally,
Or in their life path.
Just invite them to be in that space which we are sharing,
So they can feel even without knowing that they are benefiting from this beautiful energy we share.
And if you want,
You can visualize showers of light and healing and love and power going to them,
Cleansing them,
Supporting them,
So they can relax,
They can heal.
And let's conclude by inviting the whole humanity for this space,
So everybody can nourish and receive the blessing of this energy.
Remember that only the words you pronounce in your mind,
They do the trick.
I invite the whole humanity to share the beautiful energy that I'm experiencing right now.
