Reparenting Mother for Women Meditation is a specialized therapeutic technique that helps women heal emotional wounds and unresolved issues stemming from their relationship with their mother. The aim is to provide the nurturing, love, and emotional support that may have been missing from the mother figure during childhood, enabling the woman to heal emotional pain, release limiting beliefs, and cultivate a healthier sense of self-worth and emotional resilience. The main goal of Reparenting Mother for Women Meditation is to help women heal emotional wounds tied to their relationship with their mother. By reparenting themselves with love, care, and support, women can overcome negative beliefs and emotional pain, fostering a stronger sense of self, emotional resilience, and healthier relationship patterns.

Sit comfortably.

Adjust your body so that your back and head are supported.

Close your eyes and take a deep,

Clearing breath.

Breathe in relaxation with your in-breath.

And breathe out any discomfort,

Tiredness or stress with your exhalation.

With each cycle of breathing,

Breathe in relaxation and breathe out the rest.

With each breath,

You become more and more relaxed.

Imagine that you are in a safe and beautiful place.

You are surrounded by beauty and positive energy.

You feel at home and protected.

Look around you and take in the surroundings.

Notice the colors and textures.

Breathe in the air as you notice the temperature and the fragrances.

Notice the time of day and the quality of lighting and shadow around you.

Listen to the sounds around you.

Take it all in.

You feel supported by this special place.

You are safe.

You find a place to sit a while.

As you relax,

You invite your inner child to join you.

Notice your inner child.

How old is your inner child?

What is she wearing?

What is the expression on your inner child's face?

What is her body posture and what is it expressing?

What is your inner child's state of being?

As you observe your inner child,

What do you perceive that she needs?

Imagine your mother standing in front of your inner child.

Notice her dress,

Her facial expression,

And her body posture.

What does your mother's state of being communicate to the child?

How does your inner child feel standing with her mother?

Do you share in the inner child's body or in your body?

Do you feel the response to your mother?

What do you feel?

What does the response communicate to you about the relationship you share?

Standing with your mother is your mother's inner child,

Who is about the same age as your inner child.

Notice your mother's inner child's dress,

Her facial expression,

And her body posture.

What does this child's state of being communicate?

What does she need?

Standing with your mother's inner child is her mother.

Who is your grandmother?

Imagine that your grandmother has all the awareness,

Skills,

And resources to parent and lovingly support your mother's inner child.

Imagine that your mother's inner child has her needs met appropriately,

Lovingly,

And consistently.

Notice how your mother's inner child responds.

Your mother's inner child begins to grow up.

As she develops,

Her needs are met appropriately,

Lovingly,

And consistently,

Day after day,

Week after week,

And month after month.

She grows into a woman.

She is a woman who experiences her wholeness,

And in her wholeness,

She has plenty of love and attention and wisdom to share.

And as an adult,

She is present,

Giving,

And engaged as a parent.

Your mother's inner child has grown into a healthy,

Loving mother for your inner child.

Your new inner mother has the time,

From this moment on,

Whenever your inner child needs attention,

Protection,

Holding,

Appropriate boundaries,

And love,

Your inner mother is present and engaged in parenting.

Place a hand over your heart.

Feel that the fullness of your heart is the home where your inner family dwells.

Whenever you want the support of your inner family for your inner child,

You can place your hand over your heart to call forth your inner mother to meet your inner child's needs.

And as your child's needs are met lovingly,

Appropriately,

And consistently,

Your inner child experiences more wholeness,

Balance,

And health.

And as you think back to your mother's inner child and any past,

Unmet needs,

You can hold a new level of perception.

How do you feel towards your mother now?

You understand more about how she grew into the mother she became.

You make a place in your heart where your inner child and your newly healed,

Whole,

And self-actualized inner mother live.

This place is a place where they relate and respond to each other from an experience of wholeness and healing for your inner child.

Your inner child's needs can now be supported and met in a lovingly,

Appropriate,

And consistent way.
