Hello beautiful human,

Beautiful soul,

Dancer of your soul,

Of your path,

Of your life.

Welcome to this space of inner connection,

Listening and unpacking.

Just take this moment to arrive,

To arrive in this moment,

In this body of yours,

In this intuitive realm and truth within you.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

You might want to place one hand on your chest,

Maybe one on your belly,

Just to connect more deeply,

Connect more deeply with how you feel in this moment and exhale out to expand whatever you find.

Which part of your life feels more like a survival dance these days?

A dance for survival,

Not so much for joy,

Not so much for nourishment.

What aspect of your life feels more like a navigation through obstacles,

More like a mode of coping,

Not a mode of living?

Take a moment to inquire from your inner knowing,

Your soul,

Your heart.

What's your survival dance about?

And it might be a dance that you've been dancing for quite some time.

Maybe it showed itself in different ways and expressions over time,

But somehow it was always part of that one dance that asks a lot of energy for you to keep your body going,

To keep your body moving,

Balancing,

Balancing between momentum to fly and gravity.

So what's that dance about?

Is it your relationship?

Is it your way of creating your income on something that nourishes your soul?

Your pursuit of a passion of yours?

Maybe your attempts to find home and belonging?

Is it about your health?

What aspects of your health?

What is it for you?

And whatever you're finding,

I'd like to tell you thank you.

Thank you for keeping on dancing,

For keeping on trying,

Standing up again and again.

What was it good for so far?

What have you learned and transformed so far?

What have you made possible for you so far?

Take a moment to honour yourself and your dance,

No matter how hard it feels,

No matter how exploitive it feels,

How tiring,

Honour your effort.

Honour that you stand up again and again.

The falls might have been many.

Honour yourself.

And why do you still continue that dance?

Inquire from the core of your heart,

The core of your soul,

What do you feel?

Answering within yourself,

Why do you still continue pursuing that dance?

What is it your soul is actually aiming for in that practice?

The practice of that dance that you wish to become your sacred dance.

What is the actual love about that vibrates in that dance,

In your attempts,

In your trials?

That love that led you to start this dance,

To initiate this journey.

And honour what you find,

Whether it's clarity or just feels like a guessing or a far almost forgotten longing within your heart,

Just honour whatever arises within.

And is this still your focus?

Is this still what drives you?

Or have you maybe gotten stuck in a pattern that focuses more on the deficit,

More on the exhaustion,

That tiring part?

Have you gotten used to a pattern that became comfortable in the inner exploitation?

The exhaustion of your energy storage.

What is your focus as you dance through the survival dance?

And just take that moment now to remember the love that led you to this dance and feel it.

Feel the longing and feel the thirst and feel at the same time the pain that comes with it,

With your journey,

With your practice,

With the sweat and the blood you've lost on the way.

It's a sacred journey.

Remember the love that led you to this dance.

And envision the sacred dancer,

The dancer you are to become through all these efforts,

All this practice and all this exercising.

Envision the dancer whose dance is bearing fruits naturally.

Envision the dancer and feel that dance that becomes a natural part of you and you become of that dance naturally.

You and the dance eventually become one.

Your dance,

Your journey,

Has become an act of service and love because of all you went through.

So envision and really feel yourself as the sacred dancer,

The one that is of service because he or she has practiced what they loved most.

And feel that this sacred dancer is part of you,

It's within you,

Inside of you,

Even right now,

Even in this phase of life where it feels like survival still.

Breathe and feel the sacred dancer within.

Take a couple of deep breaths here as you experience them both,

A survival dance and a sacred dance.

Let go of inner pushing energies,

Exhale them into the ground and invite the focus on that love that made you initiate this dance.

And when you are ready,

Inquire,

What does your inner dancer need right now to go on?

What does your inner dancer need right now to continue the dance,

To not give up?

To go that other round in practicing what you love,

In exercising to become that sacred dance in your body,

In your being.

Be honest with yourself.

Is it a rest,

A break you need from this dance,

An intentional break?

Is it recognition for the dance you've already danced,

The far you've come,

Looking back and counting the learnings,

The fruits,

The blessings?

Is it a reminder of why you started this dance?

Is it a reminder of the sacredness that lies within?

Is it support you need and you never dared to ask for?

Have that conversation with yourself,

With your inner dancer and set an intention for the next days.

Set the intention for your permission to integrate whatever your dancer needs within the next days,

The permission to give yourself what you need in this dance,

Your body,

Your soul,

The human you are.

Set an intention and then exhale and let go.

Find trust.

Feel that inner love vibrating,

Connecting the survival dancer with the sacred dancer.

Thank you so much for finding this time to practice some self-love,

Connection and to remind yourself of why you are doing what you're doing.

Remind yourself of your needs.

Thank you for reconnecting with your soul.

Have the most beautiful and peaceful day ahead.
