Find a comfortable position that supports how you are feeling in this moment,
Whether it's seated with a cozy cushion,
Lying down or in a chair,
And begin calling yourself into the spaces of the room and allow yourself to arrive,
Sensing and feeling the way the body feels against your support,
And begin to make a transition from your mind to your heart.
Let's start by taking an energizing breath together.
Begin to take a slow,
Deep breath in through the nose,
Feel the belly,
The ribs,
And chest expand,
Hold at the top of the breath,
And open mouth side out.
Do a few more like this with your own breath flow.
As you create space with the breath,
Begin to take up residence inside yourself,
With more awareness,
More presence.
Every in-breath nourishing,
Every out-breath detoxifying.
Let's begin with setting some intentions to encourage presence and awareness throughout the day.
Bring your attention to the third eye,
The area in between the eyes where we hold our wisdom and intuition,
And repeat each intention silently or out loud.
Allow the words to flow effortlessly,
Trusting what resonates to settle.
Today I prioritize what truly matters and let go of distractions.
I listen to my body's wisdom and feed it with love and kindness.
Every step,
Stretch,
And breath I take fills me with renewed energy.
I give myself permission to pause and recharge when needed.
Now see your day play out before you,
Unfolding moment by moment like a beautiful story being told in real time.
Engage every one of your senses as you step into this vision.
What vibrant colors surround you?
What sounds fill the air?
Maybe you smell the fresh morning air,
Or the comforting scent of your favorite coffee or tea.
Take a few moments to immerse yourself completely here.
As we come to a close,
Bring your attention to your heart center,
And begin to ask your own heart what it is you need more of in your life.
What are you meant to bring into this world?
Asking with a sense of openness and reverence.
Knowing the heart doesn't always speak in words.
Just this process of asking and listening connects you,
Puts you in relationship with your own inner healer and inner wisdom.
