When you're grateful,

You can't be fearful or angry.

So it's one of the simplest ways to shift out of fear and into an abundance mindset.

For today's practice,

We will be using gratitude affirmations to remind you of this truth.

To begin,

You can close your eyes or simply gaze down.

And when I say the affirmation,

You can repeat it back to yourself silently or repeat it out loud.

Whatever works best for you.

So let's begin.

I am grateful for this moment and all the good it holds.

I appreciate the simple joys that surround me every day.
