With your eyes open or closed,
Whichever you prefer,
Come into this moment.
This moment is unlike any other.
Put your full attention on the sound.
Be awake and alive and fully here with the presence of sound.
Get a whole and felt sense of the sound.
How do these sounds feel in your body and your muscles?
Feel your physical response to these sounds.
Do you feel relaxation or resistance?
Feel your emotional response to the sound.
Be present with whatever your reaction is,
Even if there is no response at all.
Be with that.
Notice your breath in relation to the sound,
Maybe it deepens or slows.
You might like to breathe into the sound.
Be so present that you disappear into the sound.
Alive with sound.
Alive as sound.
Nothing exists but this moment right here and now.
You are in a state of presence.
Sense the music in your being.
So present and alive to this moment that thoughts slow down or stop.
No words,
No labels.
Just being.
And you might feel an energetic response to the sound and also to this state of presence.
And you might sense what that feels like in your body.
You may want to breathe more fully and deeply as the moment deepens.
There is no separation between you and the sound.
There is just experience.
Sound happening.
This moment is complete,
Just as it is.
And as the sound meditation comes to an end,
You can begin to be aware of the environment around you.
The sounds of nature and the birds singing or the sound of a busy street or when you listen to your favorite music.
