As you become more present,

It's possible to awaken to an innate sense of peace.

You may have heard the phrase,

The peace that passes all understanding,

Which describes a knowing beyond comprehension in the stillness of the moment.

So not looking to the outer world for confirmation,

But looking within.

The inner state informing the outer,

Rather than the outer world affecting the inner.

And as you learn to walk through life with trust,

Experience allows that to grow.

Trust leads to more trust,

Just as fear leads to more fear.

You are not your mind.

Your true self is beyond the mind.

So take the first steps into trust by allowing your mind to let go.

And the easiest way for your mind to let go is to be awake to the present moment with full awareness.

Take a little time now to become intimate with this moment just as it is.

Be here with the energy of the moment.

Let go of what you think you know about yourself and about the world and simply rest.

Allow what is.

All feelings and emotions,

All sensations.

Just be aware and present.

Put your attention on your breath.

Notice the quality of your breath as sensation.

As experience.

And rest in the breath.

That breath happening naturally.

Trusting that the next breath will come.

You're being breathed effortlessly.

Be aware of your body and allow it to relax now.

Your heart beating.

Your body working for you.

Maybe you can begin to trust this moment as pure experience.

Just get a sense of being.

And as you breathe,

You might like to say or think the words,

I am.

Come right back to that sense of I am and rest here.

I'm beginning to explore what trust feels like and how it feels in your body.

Take a breath.

I am.

I am aware.

Take a breath.

I exist.

I am existence.

Experience that.

And take another breath as you do.

Be present with that sense of absolute knowing.

Standing in the center of your own peace.

Letting the world do whatever it's doing around you.

Become like the eye of the storm and breathe into that stillness.

Because stillness is at the heart of it all.

And you can learn to trust your own silent truth.

And as you learn to navigate life from this place of stillness.

And tune in to the intimacy of what is felt and what is here.

Using your heart as your guide.

You can give your mind a rest.

And rather than planning too far ahead,

Perhaps trusting enough to live in the moment.

Being curious about what is presenting in the now.

Trusting in the flow of life.

Just for now,

Stop trying to control life by thinking about it.

Your mind wants to know.

But your body and your knowing sense will tell you much more.

Can you become familiar with your innate sense of yes and your innate sense of no?

Every experience in life is inviting you to return to your true,

Loving and present self.

Can you learn to embrace the unexpected and trust what's happening?

Trust invites you to become familiar with the mind not needing to know.

There are things you simply don't know and cannot know.

How does that not knowing feel?

Not knowing gives you more freedom.

It allows you to create life from openness rather than repeating the past.

Taking steps into the unknown with a sense of trust inside you allows you to make change.

Trust has an energy and an aliveness and allows for fresh possibility.

If you meet life with trust,

That energy of trust comes back.

And you may find life proving more trustworthy when you let go into it.

So let your heart be your compass and your north.

And let your sense of trust affect every decision you make.

Let it hold every action and every reaction.

Let trust move through your life like a flavor.

And as you experience the effects of trust,

Your ability to trust will grow.

So relaxing even more now.

Just be aware of areas where you can begin to embody this peace and trust in your life.

Where you're not trusting enough.

What would you do differently if you trusted beyond doubt that you were supported?

How would you live differently?

How would you behave?

What would you let go of?

Just be with that idea for a moment.

And as you go beyond the mind and beyond thought and beyond concepts,

Separation disappears.

And that idea of self and other.

There is the experience of oneness here in presence and stillness.

And maybe you can get a sense of openness to trusting the connectedness and the divine in all things,

Which is inviting you back to love.

And may give you the faith to make choices based on love and freedom,

Expressing as the love that you already are.

Meeting yourself as an expression of the divine.

Trusting who and what you're supposed to be.

Trusting yourself enough to be authentic.

To be the real you.

To live out your own codes of conduct and your truth from your heart.

Can you trust enough to be loving and to express as love,

Which is your true nature?

Living in love and oneness rather than in separation and fear.

Can you trust that you are loved unconditionally?

You're free to explore fear and free to explore love.

And whatever comes up is a gift or a lesson inviting you back to the love that you are.

And now bring your awareness to the bigger picture and the wider world where so much uncertainty can be experienced.

Breathe for a moment and connect to that expanded sense beyond your direct experience.

Can you even trust what's happening in the world at the moment?

That might be a big ask,

But can you hold all of that uncertainty within you?

Perhaps trusting in change and a shift in the collective consciousness.

That it's time for change,

Which can be challenging.

But there has to be change in the world for new consciousness to emerge.

There has to be change in the old ways to make way for the new.

Can you remain soft and loving,

Knowing that we are one source,

One energy?

Taking action if you feel it's necessary or simply holding that trust and becoming the change you want to see.

And as you anchor this peace and walk it in the world,

You are affecting that change.

So just rest in that stillness a little longer,

Trusting this moment just as it is.

And be curious about how your walk with trust will change your experience in the days and the weeks to come.

So just rest in that stillness a little longer,

Trusting this moment just as it is.

And be curious about how your walk with trust will change your experience in the days and the weeks to come.
