
Meditation For Balancing Energy In Times Of Fear & Panic | Coronavirus
In times of fear, there will be energy blockages within. When there is stress in the mind, there will be stress in the body. This meditation will help you to balance these energies, especially in the time of coronavirus when there are fears relating to money, jobs and sickness. The background music is subtle, a space vibe, with silences interspersed with wisdom which focuses on undistorted self-acceptance.

Welcome.
This meditation was created to help you to develop clarity and happiness in times of fear and panic.
These can be times when you have fears that something bad will happen.
For instance,
Failing,
Getting sick,
Getting into trouble and so forth.
When we are stressed in the mind,
There will be stress in the body and blockages in our energy centers.
Releasing the mental stress within will release blockages and promote happiness and good health,
Clarity and wisdom.
When you are ready,
Find a place to sit and close your eyes.
This meditation will be around 30 minutes.
You may also use this meditation for sleep or as a way to calm the mind.
Relax the shoulders and hands.
Let your hands rest gently on your thighs.
Throughout the meditation practice,
Focus your awareness on the breath coming in and out from the nostrils and maintain the awareness on the breath even when I talk.
If your nose is blocked,
Then breathe through the mouth.
Become aware of the physical sensations of the breath coming in and out.
Simply be in the state of observation rather than control or analysis.
You are now simply an observer,
Observing at the gates,
Watching the breath coming in and out.
Don't try to control the breath,
It will happen naturally.
You are simply an observer,
At the gates of your breath,
Observing it coming in and out.
If it goes fast,
Observe it being fast.
If it's slow,
Let it be slow.
Don't try to control it,
Simply accept reality as it is.
Continue observing the breath.
By simply observing the breath and letting reality happen as it is,
We are allowing the natural energy of the universe to come within us,
Naturally.
We are not trying to control it.
We simply allow ourselves to be one with the universe.
So just simply observe,
Remain in the state of observation.
Whatever happens will happen.
This is the natural law.
Like a raindrop will drop,
We turn as the universe turns.
And this natural state of inner acceptance will help us to unblock the energy centers within.
So just try your best to simply observe the breath.
To go against the stream of reality will only create tensions and blockages within.
So just let the breath be whatever it wishes to be.
I know,
When you feel one of these confessional experiences last for generations,
You imagine that one you can re-ex胃t�!
I am seeing something in this worldники.
As we continue to observe the breath,
Wandering thoughts can surface.
If this happens,
This is good.
We are just becoming more and more aware of what is happening deep in our minds.

It's good to allow our fears to surface so that we can release them.
Fears of the future can surface.
Perhaps we imagine that we may fail,
Or perhaps we will get sick.
It's time to release these negative thoughts,
Negative energies which are blocking our energy centers.
By simply focusing on the present moment,
On the breath.
And doing so,
We are learning to accept reality as it is.
And this will unblock our energy centers,
Promoting happiness and good health.
If you are experiencing wandering thoughts,
Keep pulling yourselves back to the awareness of the breath.
And this is good.
We are just becoming more and more aware of what is happening deep in our minds.
If this happens,
This is good.

With every breath,
Realize the following wisdom.
The more we dwell on our fears of failing or getting sick,
The more we are going against our immune system,
Stressing our minds,
Stressing our body.
So be happy.
Work with the body,
Rather than against it.
Be present and happy by simply focusing on the breath.
And this is good.
In life,
We have already done what we can to create a good future.
What will happen will happen.
Like a raindrop will drop.
Let it be.
Let everything be.
We have done our best,
So just enjoy the present moment.
Every time you choose to be in the present moment,
When your fears try to make you worry,
You are unblocking the energy centers.
Keep on spending time in the present moment.
We have just worked on unblocking the energy center around our stomach,
Which is often unbalanced during the times of fear.
Now it's time to unblock the energy center of our mind and heart.
During the times of panic and fear,
We can be sensitive to the people around us.
We can fear being judged by others.
At the same time,
We can judge others.
In such times,
We practice compassion and forgiveness.
Perhaps there's someone that would hurt us.
Perhaps there's someone that coughed at us.
Or someone that's been selfish.
Negative judgments will only bring tensions into the mind and heart.
So it's time to unblock these energy centers by accepting ourselves and others around us.
In the same way,
We accept the nature of the breath.
Letting it be whatever it wishes to be.
If it wishes to be fast or slow,
Dry or wet,
Simply let it be.
And like accepting the reality of the breath,
We direct that acceptance towards everyone around us.
We let everyone be wise.
One wise.
Everyone's different.
Everyone's acceptable.
Even ourselves.
We'll continue to work on balancing the energy centers by simply observing and accepting the breath.
The more we release the negativities within,
The more we are developing happiness.
And the stronger our immune system is,
Protecting us from negativities and disease.
Realize that stress of the mind creates tensions in the body and energy centers,
Leading to disease.
Continue to let go of the stress within by being in the present moment through observing the breath.
Now let's do a body journey of each of the energy centers of the body.
Move your awareness to the top of the head and stay there for a few breaths.
And make the size of your awareness the size of your hands.
During that time,
Feel for any physical sensations happening in that area.
If you feel any tension,
Just accept the tension and release it through acceptance.
Accepting that it's there and letting it go with acceptance.
Now let's do a body journey of each of the energy centers of the body.
Now let's do a body journey of each of the energy centers of the body.
Now move your awareness to the area in between the eyes.
And do the same,
Releasing any tensions there through acceptance.
Accepting it first and letting it go.
If you experience any physical sensations,
Such as throbbing,
Itchiness,
Heat,
Or nothing,
Just accept the reality.
We are using acceptance,
Total acceptance,
To balance the energy within.
Now move your awareness towards the throat and do the same.
Now let's do a body journey of each of the energy centers of the body.
Now let's do a body journey of each of the energy centers of the body.
Now move your awareness towards the spiritual heart area,
The area between the chest,
And do the same.
If you experience wandering thoughts,
Let it go through acceptance.
Now let's do a body journey of each of the energy centers of the body.
Now move your awareness towards the stomach and do the same.
Now let's do a body journey of each of the energy centers of the body.
Now move your awareness to the area in front of the tailbone.
Realize that you have overcome many obstacles in your life already.
If you're having problems in this area,
Just realize you will be fine,
Like always.
Now let's do a body journey of each of the energy centers of the body.
Now move your awareness back to the breath.
Remember,
The key to unblocking the energy centers is through acceptance,
Acceptance of the reality as it is.
So any pain or pleasure that you're currently experiencing,
Observe it with acceptance,
Letting it be,
Letting it come,
Letting it go.
