She has been alive for three and a half decades and cherishes the time she has spent on Earth, living, breathing, loving, growing, creating, laughing, and crying! What a magical existence and world to live in. Julia lived most of her childhood in West Africa, in Cote D'Ivoire. She doesn't remember much French, the official language spoken there, but she does remember feeling that she was home and that her heart was pulsing with the rhythm of the Earth. She remembers finding places hidden away from the hustle and bustle of life, and learning to meditate, which she called 'zoning out.' Her inner life was rich, fascinating, and often really fun. As an adult, she continued to travel, living in Thailand and Hawaii, and followed her passions of healing and teaching, through numerous jobs and businesses. Her journey of experiencing a life fulfilled grows, day by day, as she continues to consciously breathe, in stillness, and appreciate her world.
