Just arriving here in your space.

As you breathe,

I want you to visualize yourself yielding to the earth,

Softly melting down into any point of contact that touches the surface underneath you.

If you're lying down,

This is your whole backside.

If you're seated,

This is your feet,

Your ankles,

Your butt.

Allow yourself just with every breath to melt,

Melt into the earth.

Go back into what birthed you.

And with your next conscious inhalation,

I want you to inhale and then hold the breath again.

And this time,

Doing a quick body scan,

Feeling any place in the body where we're harboring some tension.

Allow the breath to fill those areas in your body.

Sip in a little more air and mindfully exhale and release all that which does not serve you from your vessel.

And we can do this a few times,

Really scanning the body here for any abnormalities or discomfort.

Melting,

Sinking deeper into the earth.

Yielding to that which birthed you.

Exhaling to the sensations that come up.

And no attachment to any pleasurable sensations or any of that which are painful.

Let's just simply observe these sensations in your vessel and consciously smudge them and cleanse them with our Pranayama.

And now,

Just as we yielded to the earth.

I invite you to yield to your prana.

Where the breath wishes to flow,

Simply breathe into yourself and allow it to flow.

Like as many sighs as you need.

Inhale and exhale.

Now with inspiration,

Journey down the rabbit hole of your mind.

Flowing effortlessly down the rhythm of your prana.

Coming into a spacious landing.

You find some roots,

Some big roots.

Big roots.

They're massive.

Easily as big as your hand,

Easily as big as your whole arm.

Be curious.

Where are you?

What are the colors you see?

I invite you to follow those roots now.

See where they lead.

Where do they go?

Engage with your surroundings.

Be creative.

Ask yourself questions.

Why is the grass that color?

Why do I see that flower?

Follow the roots all the way back to the tree.

Now this tree is very sacred.

This tree is very large,

Very grand.

It's abundant in life.

There's life all around.

There's life within the branches.

There are little gophers that stick their heads up all around the tree's roots and tons of insects,

Butterflies.

What else do you see?

More importantly,

Not so much more importantly,

But just as equally,

How do you feel?

What are the sensations you feel as you stare into the tree?

This tree of life,

This mystery meadow.

Now I want you to reach your hand out to the tree and touch the bark.

What does the texture feel like on your hand?

Can you lean in close and smell the wood?

Take a seat by the tree and take this moment to commune with this tree,

To plant an intention so deeply that it ricochets into all essence of life,

All essence of you forever.

Plant an intention of exploration.

How can I be more curious?

Where can I embark on my next adventure?

Where does the day take me?

What journey awaits?

What is there to learn?

And how can I grow?

And how can I be more curious?

And as you yield to your breath,

Struck with inspiration,

Allow yourself to yet again yield to the earth beneath you.

Allow it to consume you and swallow you,

Rebirthing you and loving you.

Allow this tree of life's roots to grow over your deep rooted meditative posture.

Allow the roots to interweave their woody structure with your supple skin growing with you,

Firming your foundation and encapsulating you in a sphere of love,

A sphere of nourishment.

And sinking now,

The roots are taking you down into the earth to be rebirthed and just flow into this tunnel that the roots have carved out for you.

Just as you mysteriously followed the roots to the tree,

You'll mysteriously flow away from the tree with the roots,

Taking back with you new ideas,

New perspectives,

And the understanding that you are abundant with life and life force energy.

You can also feel them filling up your tummy completely and then filling up your chest completely.

And then holding the breath at the top,

Sipping in some more air.

Hold it.

The intention for the rest of your day.

Sip in some more air.

Open mouth exhale.

Ahhhh.

Starting to just touch your fingers to your thumb.

Maybe gently touching your sides or your legs.

Sending your hands where the energy intuitively wants to be traced.

Taking as many conscious sighs as you need to ground back into this physical reality.

Now don't open your eyes yet.

Take one or two more breaths.

And then I want you to rub the palms of your hands together.

Get them nice and hot.

Ahhhh.

Place those palms on your eyelids.

And then consciously send your prana and your heat to the energy you created during this guided meditation into your brain,

Body,

Mind,

Spirit.

You can melt them down your face,

Onto your neck,

Or wherever intuitively your hands say they need to go.

That might be the low back.

That might be the knees,

The elbows,

The shoulders.

This might be your ribs or your heart.

And eventually we'll meet back up in Samasthiti prayer hands.

Bow the chin in and lean back so your shoulders are over your hips.

Your eyes are open when you want.

And we'll close out today with a nice smudging ahh.

So fully exhale.

And then take a nice deep breath in through the nose.

Ahhhhhhh.

Thank you.

Thank you Radha.

Have a great rest of your day.

Sat Naam Yogis.

Bye.
