Hello lovely soul,

This is Inner Garden,

A meditation for aligned growth,

A space for you to slow down,

Soften in and reconnect with the part of you that's always quietly growing,

Even when you can't see it yet.

So when you're ready,

Find a comfortable space,

Seated or lying down,

And gently close your eyes.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale gently through your mouth.

Breathing in deeply,

And exhale letting your body begin to soften.

Feel your shoulders drop,

Your jaw unclench,

Your belly relax.

Let your breath become steady and natural,

In and out,

Like the tide.

Now in your mind's eye,

Imagine you walking barefoot through a peaceful forest path.

The air beneath you is cool and grounding,

You hear the quiet rustle of leaves and occasional bird song.

Sunlight filters softly through the canopy above.

You walk slowly and calmly,

Each step taking you closer to stillness.

Eventually,

The path opens into a clearing,

And you can see a beautiful hidden garden.

It's your garden,

A reflection of your inner world.

Notice what's there,

The colors,

The textures,

Are there flowers,

Trees,

Mossy stones?

Take a gentle stroll,

There's no rush,

This is your sacred space.

Now find a quiet spot in the garden to rest,

Perhaps under a blossoming tree,

Or beside a soft pool of water.

Place your hands over your heart,

And ask gently.

In what way am I being called to grow right now?

Let the question echo softly through you,

Don't force an answer,

Just listen.

Maybe you sense a word,

A feeling,

A whisper of clarity.

And if nothing arises just yet,

That's perfectly okay,

You've planted the question,

The answer will come.

Now imagine yourself kneeling besides a patch of rich,

Dark soil.

You're holding small,

Glowing seeds in your hand,

And each one representing your intention for growth.

Gently begin to plant them,

One by one,

Repeating softly.

I honor the journey of becoming.

I release what no longer serves my growth.

I trust the rhythm of my own unfolding.

I am rooted in strength and open to bloom.

I grow in my own time,

In my own way,

With grace.

And as you plant your seeds,

You feel supported,

The earth beneath you holds your intentions with love.

Now it's time to begin your journey back,

Knowing your garden will keep growing even when you're not watching.

Slowly,

Gently walk back along the path that brought you here.

Feel the soft,

Flawless soil beneath your feet,

The sun is still shining above,

And something inside you feels lighter.

With each breath,

Return more fully into your body,

Feel the support beneath you,

And begin to gently move your fingers and your toes,

Roll your shoulders or stretch it if it feels good.

And whenever you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Carrying with you the quiet power of what's growing within.

Now if you like,

Take a few moments to journal.

What came through in your garden today?

What kind of growth are you being called towards?

What support do you need to keep nurturing it?

Take your time to write those journal prompts out,

And thank you for sharing this space with me.

Your inner garden is sacred,

And your growth,

Even when slow or unseen,

It's always unfolding.

With love and gratitude,

This is Cami,

And this was Inner Garden,

A meditation for aligned growth.
