In heartfulness, we bring attention to the sensations of well-wishing. This helps balance out the brain’s natural negativity bias. In mindfulness, how we pay attention in the present moment is as important as paying attention. This starts with a 2-minute intro with benefits of heartfulness, before a 1-minute guided practice, sending wishes for a loved one, self, and community to be connected, supported, and hopeful.
