Welcome to your meditation practice for your heart and your mind.
This is a healing tool to help your body heal,
Specifically for directing healing energy into your heart and mind on a deep,
Internal,
And mindful level.
Start by getting comfortable,
Finding a place to sit or lie down,
And just breathing normally,
Fully relaxing,
Getting into a meditative state.
Start to deepen your breath,
Placing your hand on your heart,
Taking deep inhales and holding at the top,
Completely releasing at the exhale and holding at the bottom.
Do this as you feel that,
Deepening and focusing now.
If you find your mind wandering,
Refocus now,
Feeling your heartbeat relaxing,
Melting into the space that you're in,
You are exactly where you need to be right now.
Now we are going to do a relaxing full body scan to completely release our bodies into an open state to prepare for deep internal healing.
So start by relaxing your toes and your feet,
Surrendering the tension on your ankles and calves,
Knees,
Upper legs,
Hips and your belly now,
Letting your ribcage open,
Relaxing your chest and your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your wrists,
Now the palms of your hands and your fingertips.
Now release the tension from your neck,
Your jaw,
Eyes and forehead,
Relaxing your entire body.
Now let's focus on centering our healing energy into our hearts and minds.
Physical healing can only truly happen once we believe in ourselves and our bodies and minds.
Healing our mental and emotional space is really just as important,
Perhaps more important,
Than focusing on our physical healing.
On your next deep inhale,
Imagine breathing in a calming blue aura,
A light.
Any variation of blue you'd like,
Allow this warm blue light to seep into every part of your nose,
Mouth,
Lips,
Gums and teeth.
Feel the entire healing energy in your mouth.
Now breathe in the blue aura into your jaws,
Cheeks,
Eyes and ears.
Feel the calming blue energy illuminating and sinking into your entire face.
Now breathe the healing light into your head,
Filling up the top and back of your head,
Soothing your mind,
Soothing your emotions,
Melting away stress,
Fear,
Anger and negativity.
So you hold wisdom,
Peace,
Clarity and positivity within your mind.
We just need to break down the walls that are disconnecting us from our truth.
Breathe while you allow the blue calming energy to radiate inside of your mind.
So now it's time to send this blue calming energy into our hearts,
Into our space of truth.
Our hearts guide us emotionally,
Giving us the emotional capacity we need to overcome addictions,
Recover and heal.
Take a deep inhale and imagine the warm light traveling into your throat,
Coating all your cells with healing energy and into your chest.
Allow your chest to expand while the blue light fills you up into your heart space.
Sit with this,
Breathing deeply while your heart center becomes completely illuminated with calming energy.
Send gratitude to your heart,
Thanking yourself for discovering your truth through the process of recovery.
The process of recovery.
Continuing to deeply breathe,
Imagine the light completely filling your entire mind and heart in any color or colors you'd like.
Surrender to your truth.
Allow your mind and heart to take over.
Trust this process.
You hold the wisdom,
Truth and power you need to heal.
It's only a matter of time until the walls get broken down and you will unlock your fullest potential.
Breathe in gratitude now for giving yourself the time and space to practice this meditation.
Consider what you can do today and the rest of this week to support your mind and your heart on your healing journey.
Perhaps it's setting boundaries,
Taking a walk,
Eating your favorite meal,
Or just resting more than you normally would.
Consider this now.
Let's take some deep breaths of gratitude and love for our entire body systems now.
We're doing its best and beginning to heal as we recover.
Let's remember the importance of forgiveness for our past and think of simply the now healing every single day.
Let's close by slowly starting to open the eyes,
Getting some movement back into the body slowly,
Stretching,
Doing whatever feels nice.
I invite you to journal after this,
Just writing down anything that came up for you.
Thank you so much for meditating with me and I'll see you on the next one.
