Hello and welcome to today's meditation.
Today's meditation is on affirmations and gratitude.
I am your instructor,
Katie Surma.
Before we begin today's practice,
I want you to find a nice,
Safe,
Comfortable place where you feel calm and can relax and melt deeply into your mat or chair or bed beneath you.
Finding a place that's comfortable where you won't be disturbed and you can be fully present here in the moment.
We begin by focusing on our breath.
Breathing in two,
Three,
Four and out two,
Three,
Four.
We breathe in and out.
As you continue to breathe,
I want you to analyze your body,
Finding any areas of stiffness,
Soreness,
Tension,
Anxiety,
Fear,
Anything that isn't serving you.
And I encourage you to let it go.
Letting it go with each exhale as you melt deeper and deeper into the mat beneath you.
Affirmations of gratitude.
They offer inspiration and support and building the capability to identify and remember gratitude each day.
From research,
We know that something must be repeated several times to be remembered.
So the following are some affirmations.
Then I will repeat seven times and I invite you to repeat them with me if you feel comfortable.
Let's begin.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
I am grateful for the gifts I received from others.
I am grateful for the gifts I received from others.
I am and grateful for the gifts I receive from others film I receive from others.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself and the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself and the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself,
And the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself,
And the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself,
And the greater good.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness,
And thankfulness.
I release hurts through compassion,

Any thankfulness.

I am grateful for my health.

I am grateful for my health.
I am grateful for my health.
I am grateful for my health.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself,
And the greater good.
I am open to receive and give love.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness,
And thankfulness.
I am grateful for my heart.
I rejoice in the way things are.
Repeating that last affirmation of gratitude once again.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself,
And the greater good.
I am open to receive and give love.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness,
And thankfulness.
I am grateful for my health.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I want you to stay in this moment of gratitude just a little while longer.
Repeating and affirming those gratitudes in your heart if you feel comfortable.
And just feel in this moment.
I thank you for joining today's meditation.
I encourage you to stay in this place of gratitude for as long as possible.
And take these moments of gratitude with you in the moments,
Days,
Weeks,
And months ahead.
Breathing in fully and deeply,
Exhaling slowly and softly,
And remembering the warrior inside of me sees and honors the warriors inside of you.
Namaste.
