The more often we get quiet,
The more often we sit in stillness,
The louder our intuition becomes and the more in tune we are to it regularly.
So this will be a practice of being with yourself.
Stepping outside of the movement of the day and sitting in the quiet within.
So let's begin by taking a big deep breath in.
Seeing the air clearing out everything inside.
Hold it at the top for just a moment and then exhale fully,
Releasing it all and relaxing deeper into comfort.
Settle into the gentle rhythm of your breathing.
Breathing in just a bit deeper with every inhale and breathing out just a bit longer with every exhale.
Slowing down your body,
Slowing down your mind.
Be here.
Begin with yourself.
You don't have to do anything or be anything.
There is no agenda,
No tasks to check off.
Just you and your breath in this moment.
