Hello and welcome.

I'm really grateful you're here with me tonight.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and it was really important that we provide some meditations for you that could help you or someone you know should they be in the throes of a breast cancer journey.

I'm sending you big,

Big hugs.

Close your eyes and begin by taking a deep,

Full breath in and release it slowly.

Feel the weight of the day begin to shift with each breath you take.

Allowing your body to soften and release.

Now,

Feel the surface beneath you.

The bed,

The floor,

The space that holds you.

Let this support you.

Reminding you that you are held and all is well in this moment.

Let go of anything you've been carrying and give yourself permission to just be.

Let your body relax.

Imagining a soft wave pouring down your body.

Beginning at the crown of your head and it slowly cascades down to your forehead,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Your neck.

Feel the relaxation pour over you.

Releasing those thoughts.

Releasing any tension.

Feel that wave of relaxation continue traveling down your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your chest,

Your stomach.

Breathe and feel yourself let go.

Feel yourself melt.

Feel the wave of relaxation fall down your back,

From the nape of your neck,

Falling down your spine.

Softening every part of you,

Every muscle,

Every fiber,

Every piece of your spine,

All the way down to your lower back.

Feel that wave of relaxation spread down your hips and cascade all the way down your right leg,

Your left leg.

Your right foot and toes,

Your left foot and toes.

Breathe as this wave of relaxation releases any tension and softens your body.

Feel the spaciousness that remains here.

Space so full of peace and possibility.

This is where you are right now.

Not defined by what you've been through.

Not burdened by what yet is to come.

But simply here,

In this moment,

With all the time and space you need to heal,

To rest,

To be.

The diagnosis,

The treatment,

The uncertainty.

All of these are part of your journey,

But they do not define you.

They are but passing waves in an ocean of your being.

And though they may appear to be heavy,

The ocean always returns to calm.

The waves will recede,

And you will find your center again.

In this moment,

Feel the peace that is always within you.

The peace that nothing can take away.

You can rest in this space of peace.

The space of love and stillness.

You are allowed to be gentle with yourself.

To allow rest to restore you.

To invite peace into your heart and mind.

There is nothing you need to do.

Nothing you need to fix.

Nothing you need to figure out right now.

You are here,

And that is enough.

Feel the love of this moment.

The comfort of your breath.

The safety of this space.

You are not alone.

You are supported by all that is.

And in this space,

Peace is always available to you.

You are healing.

Now,

As you gently drift off to sleep,

Know that rest is part of the healing process.

Your body,

Your mind,

Your soul are all doing the work they need to do.

And you are so much stronger than you realize.

Let your body and mind relax and surrender to the quiet of the night.

Let it restore you and soothe you and heal you.

Namaste.

Beautiful.
