Transcript

Find yourself somewhere comfortable,

Either seated or laying down.

And this will be a guided process to support you in being with what is.

In really finding your sense of inner safety amongst all that you're experiencing internally.

So when you're ready,

Close your eyes and we're going to first just bring our awareness to the breath,

In and out,

Just noticing it,

Not changing it,

Simply noticing the rise and fall of your chest,

The air brushing through your nostrils or your mouth,

And just paying attention to the sensation.

And then we're going to start to expand our awareness outward from the breath.

So beginning to notice what you feel in your chest,

In your back,

In your belly,

In your throat,

In your head,

Your hands,

Your legs,

Your feet,

And let your attention migrate to any part of your body that has some higher sensation.

Maybe it's tightness,

Maybe it just feels like a lot of energy,

Maybe your mind is looping.

We're just going to spend a few moments paying attention,

Not trying to interpret or understand or make sense of,

But just to notice,

And as you notice,

You can begin to send a little bit of extra permission to that spot or those spots.

Give them permission to amplify if they so desire.

Do they want space to be felt,

Experienced more deeply,

Not trying to force or dig it out or pull it out,

But just to allow.

And if your body wants to move at all,

As it creates permission,

Feel free to let your body move.

There may be waves of energy that move through it.

You may just simply want to stretch or move or undulate,

Just create a little bit of energy movement in those spaces.

There may be emotion that comes up.

There may be physical sensations you start to experience.

Everything is okay here.

And really feeling that no matter what is here,

You are okay.

You can hold this.

So with that knowing I can hold this,

The invitation is to see what is truly here.

Bringing approval and an invitation to all that you are,

All that you are experiencing,

All parts of you.

Let the expression be free here in this moment,

Because you are holding a container for it.

You are saying,

Yes,

Right now,

I've got you.

If you want to make sounds,

Make sounds.

And if there's resistance to it,

Because it feels like it might be weird,

Or your mind wants to push down,

Simply notice and see,

Can I give myself 10% more room here?

Can I trust myself to hold this just a little bit bigger?

Can I be a little bit bigger?

And noticing that the size of your experience,

The size of your energy,

The size of your expression here,

If you're moving,

If you're crying,

If you're breathing,

If you're making noises,

Growling,

Crying,

Screaming,

Moaning,

Sighing,

Or even if you're still and allowing it to get bigger and bigger,

You're seeing how much you can really hold.

This is your power.

This is your gift.

So allowing yourself to see it through that lens,

To meet whatever's happening as your alchemical gift here,

Breathing with it.

If lots is spinning,

If there's anger,

If there's resentment,

Allow it to be here with you without needing to be fixed or understood.

And when you feel ready,

I want you to invite all of that energy to move inward,

To kind of coagulate together into the center of your body,

And you're going to drop it down to your pelvis and feel it burning in there in your seat.

Feel it forming into whatever truth it is that you need to arrive at in this moment.

Feel all the pieces solidifying.

Feel your spine get straighter.

Feel your heart open.

And allow your breath to go all the way down below your belly,

Right into your pelvis.

Feeling yourself expand around it.

And you can invite this energy to speak to you.

What is true for me right now?

Don't judge what you hear,

Sense,

Feel,

Or experience.

It may feel simpler than what your mind likes,

But allowing it to reveal itself.

What is true for me right now?

Putting your hand on your lower belly,

Breathing into it.

And when you feel clear,

I want you to thank that energy.

Take that energy and allow it to fill the rest of your body or dissipate in whatever direction it needs to for you to come into full awareness of your whole body here,

Grounding into the moment.

And when you feel ready,

You can start to wiggle your fingers and your toes and flutter your eyes open into the space,

Slowly bringing yourself back and allowing yourself for these next few moments to just be with the truth without having to do anything with it,

But knowing it is yours.

You can handle it,

And it has been birthed from the storm.
