Explore MeditationI am a certified yoga instructor, specializing in vinyasa, yin, Yoga Nidra, and meditation. Communication is one of my greatest strengths. In all of my teaching, I focus on clear, concise instruction that allows my students and clients to achieve embodiment of the movement or action they are seeking to perform. I love to learn and am continuously researching new interests and further learnings around the topics of mindfulness and meditation, anatomy, breath, yoga, sleep, diet, etc. I love to take the information I learn and infuse it into my teachings through the multiple modalities that I instruct including yoga, gymnastics, breath and meditation, inversions, kettlebells, and functional movement classes. I guide 200-hour teacher trainings in Functional Flow Yoga, which is an anatomy focused style of vinyasa that brings in principles of functional movement to make the practice more accessible and inclusive for each person's unique body.
