So go ahead and just take a moment to really settle in,

Making sure that your body is comfortable.

Maybe you want to sit up or lay down,

Maybe grab an extra pillow,

Whatever you need.

Our first step in this prenatal love is making sure we can get our bodies nice and comfy and nourished.

And then once you've settled in,

Just notice the points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you.

Maybe you're laying down,

So there's a lot of points of contact.

Maybe you're seated,

There's just a few.

Just make note of the points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you.

Then feel yourself grounding down through these points and feel the rest of your body soften with it.

So almost like a block of ice under the sun.

Feel yourself slowly softening and melting,

Releasing,

Surrendering.

The muscles soften around the bones.

Just allow your body to become heavy and soft,

And then bringing your awareness to the tip of the nose.

And feeling the air as it moves effortlessly in and out at the tip of the nose.

Inhaling feeling that cool air move in and exhaling feeling the warm air move out.

Just feeling the air dance in and out of your body right at the tip of the nose.

And now imagining that with every inhale,

You're sending love and nourishment to all of your cells,

The tissues in your body,

All the parts of you.

Get nourished with the inhale,

And then as you exhale,

Releasing any stress or tension or even negativity from your body.

Just bringing all of that nourishment and goodness in on the inhale,

And releasing any tension,

Stress,

Or negativity from your body on the exhale.

And now bring your awareness to your feet.

Send breath to your feet and send them love.

Your feet may be tired and aching from pregnancy,

But send your feet love right now and nourishment.

And now send your breath to your legs.

Sending your legs love.

They've been walking around supporting you this whole time.

Being strong,

Holding you up.

Send your legs love on the breath.

Now bring your awareness to your hips,

Your pelvis,

Your womb space.

Send this space so much love and nourishment on the breath.

Thanking it for holding your baby,

For growing,

For changing,

For supporting life within you.

And now send your breath to your back.

Your back may be tired,

It might be sore,

It might be working really hard and holding a lot for you right now.

Send your back love with your breath.

And then the front side of your body,

Your belly,

Your chest,

Your ribs,

Your heart.

Send this space love on your breath.

Appreciate it,

Honor its changes,

Honor its strength and growth.

Send the front of your body love on your breath right now.

And now your shoulders,

Arms,

And hands.

Send so much love to these areas on your breath.

And then moving up to your neck,

Throat,

And face.

Sending these spaces love on your breath.

And then taking a few big,

Deep,

Easy breaths here on the inhale.

Sending love and nourishment to every part of your growing,

Changing body that's creating life.

And exhaling,

Releasing any negativity or anxiety or tension.

Letting it all go.

Bringing in that love for your pregnant body and exhale,

Releasing anything you don't need.

Filling up with so much love on the next three deep breaths you take.

And then ending your meditation practice just by telling your body,

Thank you and I love you and saying anything kind to it that you'd like right now.

And gently begin to reawaken and return to your body,

Completing your meditation practice when you're ready.

Thank you so much for joining me today and go do something loving for your body because you deserve it.

Due in 3 days and this is the first I have taken the time to meditate. I cried because I had yet to thank my body for bringing my and I this far. Thank you for the reminder in your meditation.
