Well done finding some time to stretch and reverse the effects of working at a desk all day.
The key to stretching is actually breathing with it.
And when it comes to breathing,
Deep and slow is best.
Before you start,
Let's take the hands onto the ribs.
You'll let the elbows draw out to the sides.
And as you breathe into the hands,
You imagine that the ribs are pressing into the hands.
As you exhale,
The fingertips draw towards each other and you imagine the ribs closing.
We have two more like that.
Breathing out into the hands.
And as you exhale,
Fingertips,
Palms come closer together.
Last one.
Deep breath in.
Long breath out.
Alright,
It's time to stretch those hamstrings.
Make sure you take some of these longer breaths into your stretches.
