I know you want to have a very small instruction,

Very easy to follow,

Don't have to study nothing,

Enjoy your laziness,

Laziness means active laziness,

But that's not the wise way.

Then you think oh you asking me hard work,

But actually I'm not asking hard work.

I ask you only the right choice,

Captured the opportunities.

I only ask you,

You should know what is valuable and what is not valuable.

So that means if I simplify,

Do we should focus oneself or others?

Yes,

We have a habit to focus oneself,

But that's foolish way,

So we should focus others.

Is that means I have to give everything for other,

I work for every day for others,

No,

No time for myself,

No belongs for myself,

Do I have to do that?

The answer is no,

You don't have to do that.

Then what I have to do?

You make a habit in your mind,

Focus on others,

Carrying others is a source of happiness,

Joy,

This is called merit,

Simply cause and condition for future,

Greatness,

Greatest of the future,

The bright future.

Focus oneself is a narrow focus,

And you achieve nothing,

You end up,

And even you carry in incredible heavy negativities.

Just remember that every moment if you can,

If you can't do every moment,

Try to six times a day.

First to make that realization in your mind,

And then act accordingly slowly,

Slowly,

As small by small,

With genuineness,

Not showing off,

For not showing off,

For genuine from your heart,

That's why I'm saying small by small.

Try to be as possible in the mind habit,

But action,

Try to make slow,

And small by small.

Why have to be small?

Because you make sure it's genuine.

If it's big,

Maybe not genuine.

If it's genuine,

Then no problem,

You can be big as much as you like.

Also,

If you're too big,

When you are not ready,

Later you have regret,

So then you lost everything.

You lost your wealth,

You lost your freedom,

You lost everything,

And then you lost merit when you have regret.

So that's why I'm saying small by small.

You don't have to be small as long as you are genuine.

Of course,

Even better,

Make sure no regret.

Of course,

They can get rid of bad karma.

Even in the bad karma,

You can get rid of one session of practice,

Possible.

Depend on how you practice,

How you are,

How you're knowledgeable,

How you are genuine.

I mean,

It depends.

And also,

Creating good karma means spontaneously you are delayed at the bad karma as well at the same time.

Why?

Because good karma and bad karma are heat and cold.

One is high,

One is lower.

No possibility they stay at the same degree.

I think renunciation is not about sadness and hate.

Renunciation is superficial things that many people make huge value.

It's something not valuable things people think is very valuable.

But if you have a realization,

Oh,

This is not really valuable,

That is renunciation.

So ego actually,

Ego distinction.

Mind is usually who don't know the reality,

They have more ego.

Which means,

I explain to you,

Let's say there's two people,

They both have a PhD degree.

And one person thinks this is very big and very proud.

Your pride is over more than your quality.

That is egotistic.

But the same PhD degree person,

Yes,

I have PhD degree,

But I still have so much limitations.

I don't know even when I die,

When I go into sick.

I don't know even if I got coronavirus very soon or not,

Cancer,

AIDS,

Whatever.

I don't know.

So yes,

I have PhD degree,

But that's not much.

That is just PhD degree.

Maybe found a job,

Maybe not.

That means that person have more realization,

Less egotistic.

Maybe not renunciation,

But more potential to have renunciation in this person.

The other one have very little chance to renunciation because you think this is already perfect.

So if we want to achieve limitless quality as like omniscient Buddha,

Then we have to focus on limitless aims,

Limitless object,

Limitless motivation.

So we all know all sentient beings are innumerable.

Everybody wants desire,

Happiness,

Enjoy,

Not suffering.

We even know insects what they do,

Flies what they do.

So therefore,

We have to focus innumerable others.

If you do that,

Then you become like this.

There's a lot of explanation when you have to achieve a Buddhahood.

There's a lot of philosophies,

Study,

Doctrine,

Many,

Many,

Many.

It makes sense everything when you study fully.

So that's why I encourage you to study.

Read books.

So that's why we never make limit in our mind.

Never make limit.

Our body,

You can limit.

That's why I say some more by some more.

You're offering your wealth,

You're offering your energy,

Whatever.

You just do limit what is you really can,

What is you really genuine.

But mind,

Training mind never think is limit.

Always think limitless.

So that means,

Okay,

I do very limit,

I give one dollar to beggar.

Okay,

I do very limit one sandwich to homeless.

Okay,

I do very limit smile strangers.

Tell them the direction properly.

You know,

Anything to help others,

Doesn't matter how small.

You remember this becomes cause and condition to benefit any mobile extension in the future.

You make habit in your mind.

Do that.

That's one.

The others,

Let's say I'm going to eat lunch,

I buy sandwich for myself.

I'm going to work and money for myself.

I'm going to sleep to rest myself.

That's it.

We don't usually think about anymore.

And if you think more,

Oh,

I have to work because I have so much pay bills.

I have to take care of so much my family members.

That's it.

No more.

So change this attitude.

Say I have to work.

I have to take care of my family or myself,

Whatever.

Or eating sandwich,

Everything.

Not thinking only for myself.

Yes,

I eat myself.

Yes,

That's obvious.

Because then I'm not hungry anymore.

Then I have some energy.

Yes,

But what about,

What,

What,

What your energy for?

You know,

Oh,

I do more work.

I do take care of my family or whatever.

Okay,

That's okay.

But then what?

You go more,

More,

More.

Then finally you connect with.

Oh,

Because I want to become better.

I want to increase my qualities.

To do this,

I have to still survive.

I can't die today or tomorrow or one week.

I have to survive to improve myself.

Okay,

Improve yourself.

What do you want to do?

How much you want to improve?

I want to improve limitless quality.

For what?

For liberate all sentient beings.

So find a way,

Connect everything.

The ultimate goal is liberate sentient beings.

If you can do that,

Then you are,

Whether you are follower of Buddha or not.

Whether you are believer or non-believer,

Whatever.

You're doing so well.

You are worthy of worship of all sentient beings.

Even just making this habit.

And I can guarantee even improve your own life,

Which means your,

Your state of mind much better.

Your degree of happiness much better.

Your courage,

Your confidence,

Everything.

So that's what I'm saying.
