Welcome to this very relaxing,
Beautiful meditation.
If you haven't already,
Settle on in,
Find a nice comfy spot.
And we're going to do a little visualization so it might be nice to close your eyes.
And notice that you are already breathing.
Breathing is pretty much the most important thing that we do.
Yet we tend to forget about it.
And many of us never consciously breathe the best that we're able to.
So let's begin by taking three nice,
Big,
Deep breaths.
Paying attention to your belly and lungs,
Expanding when you do so.
We're going to do it together.
So breath number one,
Breathe fully in,
And exhale,
Letting your body relax.
Breath two,
Breathe deeply in,
And let any worrisome thoughts just fade away.
And when you get to breath three,
Fill your body with as much oxygen as you can.
And then just let the air escape from your body,
Allowing all of your muscles to relax even further.
Good.
Allow your mind to drift and wander and allow it to find the thought of a small,
Hand-built,
Beautiful fountain.
This is the fountain of relaxation.
It is built in a way that the water level is waist high and easy for you to access.
Maybe there's a sculpture that the water comes out from.
Maybe it's a shape you've never seen before.
Maybe it's filled with crystals and colors.
Maybe it's translucent.
It can look however you want it to look and see as the water comes out,
Splashing down into the basin,
Or perhaps the water just shoots up in a beautiful way and falls majestically.
Have you ever seen this fountain before?
Maybe it's an entirely new invention,
But see if you can picture it very vividly.
Look around at all the details,
The colors,
The textures,
The sounds that it's making,
The quality of the water and what the water looks like as it goes up or down,
And what the water looks like as the fountain water lands into the basin.
Light and colors.
You notice that the water is crystal clear,
But that it also seems to glow with a golden light.
Touch your hand to the side of the fountain and feel the way that it is built and how sturdy it is.
Feel the temperature and the texture of the fountain itself containing this beautiful golden water.
And now dip your fingertips into the golden water and feel a profound relaxation that it gives you in your fingers.
Move your entire hand into this healing water.
Feel the sensation on your hand and the sensation that travels through your arm and into your body,
Relaxing you.
The pleasure that this water brings you is so wonderful that you must have more.
So gather some in your hand and splash it onto your opposite forearm.
Gather some more and cover your upper arm and shoulder with this water.
Feel how it's the perfect temperature and it feels so good,
So soothing and calming,
Purifying,
Relaxing,
And magical.
The moisture on your skin is glistening in the sunlight,
Similar to how diamonds reflect light.
Now do the same with your other hand,
Cupping the water and putting it over your right or your left arm,
The opposite arm,
And all over the opposite shoulder.
As the water covers you,
You realize that it's not only extremely soothing,
But its appearance is stunning.
Cut both hands together and gather some of this glowing substance in your hands.
Doing as much as you can,
Watching it slip through your fingers a little and spilling over the edges of your hands.
And this time,
As you behold this water,
Bring it to your mouth for a drink.
The water touches your lips and is sublime.
The water is heavenly and it nourishes you,
It relaxes you,
It heals you.
Take another handful and drink some more if you'd like.
Gather another handful after that and splash it on your face.
The water seems to wash away all the worries you've ever carried in your facial expressions over the years.
Soothes and smooths your face and all of its muscles and pores,
All of the cells becoming rejuvenated.
Notice how you feel this divine golden water having touched your skin,
Your mouth,
Hugging and purifying your body.
So just relax somewhere near this fountain,
Feeling completely free and clear and open minded.
Things are okay.
Things are magnificent.
Allow for yourself to experience any special messages that you've been needing to hear as you gently and kindly open to anything you feel or hear.
Whenever you're ready,
Take a nice deep breath,
Feeling your relaxed body and become slowly,
Fully aware of the present moment.
You are right here,
Right now and that's it.
And you're ready to take on the rest of your day or night with confidence and ease.
