Welcome beautiful soul to this meditation.
My name is Kim Rua and I love to take you on a journey of self-love.
Now I find that the topic of self-love can be quite the topic for people and that it is a deepening layer by layer,
Day by day for all of us.
Self-love for me is the ultimate respect and honoring of the divine.
For you and I we're all divine.
So gifting ourselves that love which nobody else except for us can give ourselves is really really key to life and to enjoy this gift of life that we have been given.
With this journey it is my intention to support you to deepen into the self-love that is so eternally available for all of us.
So with that let us begin inviting you to find a comfortable position whether that is seated or laying down and just feeling into what it is that you need to really be able to relax for the next five to ten minutes or so.
When you found that soft gentle position you can gently close your eyes or soften your gaze if that feels more comfortable.
Now I'm starting to tune into the body.
Swiftly moving from the feet all the way up to the top of your head as if to give a little nudge of self-love to the body already.
An acknowledgement,
A bringing of consciousness to this beautiful vessel that you've been given.
Now softening the breath,
Deepening into the belly,
Taking three really deep expansive breaths.
Breathing in love and letting go anything that doesn't serve you.
Repeating that twice more.
And then gently bringing your focus to your heart space,
To the center of our being.
Noticing the beating of your heart,
Perhaps you wish to place a hand on your heart.
As if saying I'm here,
You're safe,
You're loved.
And in the center of your heart I invite you to imagine a flower and this flower is going to be the energy that represents your self-love.
So bring to mind a flower,
The one that pops up,
Or your favorite flower.
And just noticing the color that shows up for you.
And that flower is planted in the middle of your heart.
And by giving it loving attention and sending our breath to the heart,
That seed starts to expand into a bud and grows bigger and bigger,
Blossoming into its full expansion.
So bringing to mind firstly,
Something you really love about yourself.
That can be a physical part of your body,
It can be a characteristic.
What is something that you really love or like about yourself?
And when you've found what that is for you today,
With your mind sending that energy to that little seed in your heart,
That little seed sprouts into a tiny little bud.
And can you expand this feeling of love for yourself?
Perhaps the bud is radiating a color or a glow and that glow with your loving intention and attention becomes brighter and that light expands.
And the bud in your heart starts to slowly open up.
And the most delicate fragrance of the flower starts to spread itself all throughout your body.
Its delicate essence,
Frequency,
Does the same,
Enchanting your whole body with this frequency of love that is entirely yours.
You,
Beautiful being,
Are just so incredible.
Can you expand this feeling of self-love?
Even further.
Breathing in and out through the heart.
I'm watching that bud blossom further and further.
Petals unfurling one by one.
It's so incredible to watch,
To witness.
The glow of the flower also expands deeper into your cells,
Every part of your being.
And sooner or later,
You're filled with love.
Surrounded by this beautiful frequency.
Feel that for a moment.
Can you wake up?
Welcome this shower of love.
This honoring of you.
Breathe into that.
Notice how your cells start to vibrate at a different frequency.
And anything that is not loving,
That is perhaps a form of criticism that is harsh,
That is not honoring this incredibly divine being that you are,
Is gently released by the flowering,
The blossoming energy of self-love.
You may feel lighter,
More expansive.
And soon notice that this energy expands even beyond the physical limits of your body.
Until you're embraced in this beautiful cloud of love.
This cloud envelops you with a warm energy,
Just like a warm bath would.
And in this loving embrace,
You can allow yourself to relax even deeper.
Feeling your body getting even heavier on the chair or bed beneath you.
And allowing the loving energy flowing through your cells to gently release even more of what doesn't serve you any longer.
You breathe in and can't help but bring a gorgeous smile to your face.
A smile in your heart and really a smile in every cell of your being.
You might be feeling a love that you've never felt before.
You may get teary-eyed or emotions can come up.
Allow yourself to feel those emotions.
They're there to be seen,
To be loved,
To be embraced.
And now you,
Beautiful being,
Are recharging.
The self-love is flowing through every part of you.
The flower in your heart is blossoming as brightly and as beautifully as it possibly could.
And this is the frequency we can choose to step into every moment of our day.
Now,
Of course,
We might not always feel like this.
But when you need a little pick-me-up,
Bring back the image of the flower in your heart,
Of the fragrance,
The essence,
Just popping up into your nostrils,
Filling your entire aura.
And then my guess is that you will once again smile brightly and beautifully.
Now taking a couple more deep breaths to anchor in this incredibly light and soft energy.
With your breath reaching any parts of your body that might have not received this loving energy fully yet.
Coming back to your heart space,
Maybe your hand still there,
And noticing what has opened up or shifted for you.
I invite you to listen to the heart and see if there's any message that's present for you in this moment.
What is your heart whispering?
Allowing this love to expand even further to bring gratitude to the forefront as well.
Giving gratitude once more for your body,
For this life,
For all the experience we get to live and experience.
And we invite this energy to radiate and ripple out into the world,
Beyond your aura.
Bringing love to those that might need a little sparkle,
A glimmer of light.
And as those loving energies just scatter all across the world,
Just slowly coming back to your body.
Starting to notice your feet,
Your fingers,
And your beating heart.
Welcoming in the sounds around you,
Your physical space around you,
And just becoming aware again of where your physical body is in this moment.
And then listening to your body,
Perhaps a yawn or a stretch is needed or something else.
And then ever so gently bringing some gentle movement into your toes,
Your fingers.
And at your own pace,
Coming back into this space,
Gently flickering open the eyes.
And stepping into the world with a completely new level of love.
Be gentle with yourself,
Perhaps take some time to journal,
Go out into nature,
Drink plenty of water.
And I can't wait to journey with you again.
