We often "Move on"but forget to release. drop off what doesn't define, or serve us. This could be things said to us when we were young or something as recent as yesterday. When we consciously DO NOT let it go - the residual energy keeps adding - imagine a home that is never dusted or mopped. In this guided healing - you will be guided to release the past, comments, and expectations that are adding heaviness to you- I would suggest listening to this 3 days in a row, and then once a month

So I set the intention that in this session,

In these few minutes,

Your mind,

Your energy,

Your consciousness,

Very gently surfaces the heavy baggage,

And then drops it very gently in peace and ease,

So that you can actually enjoy the lightness of your life,

The lightness of your thoughts,

The lightness and the power of your being.

So with that intention,

Take a slow deep breath in now.

And as you exhale,

Allow your body to completely relax wherever you're sitting or laying down.

Take a gentle breath in again.

And as you exhale,

Move your neck from side to side,

Left to right,

Releasing any tightness,

Any restraint that you might feel there.

Take a slow deep breath in again.

And as you exhale,

Gently let your eyes relax,

Your forehead relax,

Your cheeks and your chin completely relax.

I'm now going to count you back from 10 to one.

And as I count you backwards,

I'd like you to imagine that you're walking down a flight of stairs.

These stairs can be anything you've seen,

Or out of your imagination,

Can be as simple as you want,

Or as extravagant as you can imagine.

10,

Nine,

Eight,

Deeper and deeper,

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Deeper and deeper,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

I'd like you to imagine that you're walking in this beautiful,

Massive corridor in the middle of all these gigantic tall buildings.

Beautiful designs,

Beautiful structures,

The light bouncing off of the mirrored buildings.

And in the middle of all of this,

You notice one particular building that has the cleanest glass.

You begin to walk towards it.

You can literally hear the sound of your shoes.

Tick tock,

Tick tock,

Literally nothing else,

Just complete silence,

Just your feet approaching this beautiful building.

And as you stand in front of the mirror,

To see yourself,

You look at the frontal view,

You notice your hair,

You notice your skin,

You notice the clothes you're wearing,

The way you're standing.

And then you notice your shoulders.

It looks like it's been pulled down.

Like something behind you is just pulling back your shoulders.

You turn to the side to see what's on your back.

And you see this massive,

Massive bag on your shoulders.

You can't yet see what's inside the bag.

But on that bag,

It's so big that it's bigger than you.

It's so heavy,

That it's literally on the floor pulling your shoulders behind.

You look in the mirror closer,

And you get a little glimpse of what's inside that bag.

The comments of people,

Sometimes the insulting comments,

The demeaning statements,

The so called quote unquote jokes that are actually not that funny.

The comments from yourself,

The demeaning comments from yourself,

That you may not ever say loud,

But you still say it inside.

The heaviness of mistakes that others don't make you forget,

They don't allow you to forget,

Or you have not allowed yourself to forget.

The heaviness of expectations.

What is a woman supposed to be?

What is a man supposed to be?

What is a wife supposed to be?

What is a husband supposed to be?

All the supposed to be comments sitting in that bag.

That baggage that still has information from what a teacher in school might have said,

From what a neighbour might have said,

From what a parent might have said in a fit of anger,

In a fit of unawareness of their emotions.

The baggage from the past,

The past versions of you that you no longer attach yourself to.

I'd like you to have one last look at that baggage and bring to mind anything that you want to put into that baggage in this moment.

Think about anything.

Is it a habit of snoozing the alarm?

Is it the habit of not choosing yourself?

Is it the habit of not taking care of your health?

Is it the habit of not saying no,

And overloading yourself?

Is it the habit of moving on so quickly without the lesson that that comes back all over again?

Or is it the habit of not prioritising your dreams,

Your work,

Your rest,

Your sleep,

Whatever it is that has you've realised that it's not working for you.

I'd like you to put that in the package right now.

Take a slow deep breath in now.

And as you do that,

I'd like you to release that bag one shoulder at a time and just drop off that heavy energy.

Literally imagine there was a bag on your shoulders,

Remove one side at a time and let go of that heaviness.

And as you drop the bag,

You literally hear the sound of actual glass shattering.

Because your intention and action of dropping this is attached to the action of letting it go.

To listen to the sound of the glass cracking,

Breaking,

And letting go of all that heaviness,

All those comments,

All those expectations,

All the should have,

Must have,

Could have,

All behind.

Take a deep breath in again.

And as you exhale,

You notice in that mirror,

That now that bag on the floor,

With pieces down to the shreds,

Just tiny,

Tiny pieces of everything that you've let go of.

There's a beautiful bird that just comes down,

Picks up the bag in its peak and begins to take it away.

So that even if you wanted to go back to that baggage,

It's no longer there.

You notice the bird picking up that bag and flying far away with it and dropping it right in the depths of the sea.

It's gone.

Take a deep breath in now.

And now you notice standing at the mirror,

That there's a new bag sitting right in that place.

You put this bag on your shoulders,

One arm at a time.

And onto this,

I'd like you to refill your bag with three values,

Three emotions,

Three experiences.

So let's start filling that bag with the first value.

I'm going to make suggestions,

But you can choose what you want.

The value of joy,

The value of authenticity,

The value of abundance.

Now fill it with three beautiful emotions that you want to experience today,

Tomorrow,

The next month,

The next year.

Love,

And not the love that we see in the Christmas movies,

But the love of human connection,

The love in friendships,

The love in relationships,

The love that we even spend with animals,

That pure,

Genuine love,

The love of life.

Fill in the emotion of healing that your body,

Your mind,

Your emotions,

Your energy is so attuned to self-heal.

Fill in that bag with the emotion and the frequency of wealth.

What does it take to be the vibration of wealth,

That golden light?

And now you fill this bag.

And the minute you fill this bag with these six gifts,

You notice how your shoulders just move back strapped,

Sharp,

And beautiful.

You notice your reflection in the mirror,

More confident,

Stronger,

Calmer,

And absolutely exuberating a radiant light from within you.

Take a deep breath in now.

And as you exhale,

Begin to walk down that corridor with your new baggage,

The baggage that's not filled with heaviness,

But filled with light,

Filled with love,

Filled with the energies that are meant to raise you and accelerate your experiences of success,

Of sales,

Of happiness,

Of joy,

Of friendship.

As you walk out of the beautiful glass building reflection,

Again,

Hearing your footsteps,

Notice how your footsteps sound.

Are they faster?

Are they happier?

Does it have a zing in it?

And begin to walk back to your home,

To your office,

To wherever you're sitting right now.

And gently bring your attention back to your chair,

Your bed,

Sofa,

Wherever you are.

And whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
