Perfection and the Imperfections For some reason,

My favorite hairstyles are by happenstance,

With having to deviate from my original style of choice.

My best outfits,

Where I feel confident and pretty,

Are moments when what I planned did not go right.

I believe there is beauty in showing up doing your best in the moment.

Right now,

Where you are,

We're going to take a deep breath in for a 7 count,

Hold it for 4 counts,

And release it for an 8 count.

If your mind wanders and you notice it,

Just start over again without judging or getting frustrated with yourself.

10 of these would be great,

But if you stop at 5,

That is perfect too.

The perfection and the imperfection is you showed up to try and every time you show up,

You will get better.
