Welcome!
This brief guided meditation can be used to incorporate affirmations into your daily routine as a part of your intention practice.
Make yourself as comfortable as possible in your chair,
On your bed,
Or on your mat.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
To prepare to receive these affirmations,
We will begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose for a count of five,
Pause,
And slowly exhale through your mouth for a count of five.
Let's repeat this two more times.
Take a deep breath in through your nose for a count of five,
Pause,
And slowly exhale through your mouth for a count of five.
One more time,
Take a deep breath in through your nose for a count of five,
And slowly exhale through your mouth for a count of five.
I will repeat each of these three affirmations three times before continuing to the next one.
You can repeat each affirmation out loud or silently to yourself,
And you may even choose to write them down.
Let's begin.
Everything happens for me,
Under grace,
In perfect ways,
And so it is.
Everything happens for me,
Under grace,
In perfect ways,
And so it is.
Everything happens for me,
Under grace,
In perfect ways,
And so it is.
I practice radical self-care.
I practice radical self-care.
I practice radical self-care.
I welcome abundance into my life.
I welcome abundance into my life.
I welcome abundance into my life.
As you reflect on these affirmations,
Take another deep breath in through your nose for a count of five,
Pause,
And slowly exhale through your mouth for a count of five.
Let's repeat this two more times.
Take a deep breath in through your nose for a count of five,
Pause,
And slowly exhale through your mouth for a count of five.
One more time.
Take another deep breath in through your nose for a count of five,
Pause,
Now slowly exhale through your mouth for a count of five.
When you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes or refocus your gaze.
I hope that you enjoyed this guided meditation and that you return to it whenever you need to do so.
Thank you for spending some time with me today and I wish you well.
