Transcript

Welcome to this energizing wake up morning practice.

We will use breath of fire.

That means we'll use our abdominal muscles to squeeze all the air out of our lungs.

It sounds like this.

If you've never done breath of fire before,

Just imagine that there's a big fat basketball hitting right into your belly.

And that's how all the air is being squeezed out of your lungs.

You don't breathe in while doing breath of fire,

You just breathe out.

Alright,

Get ready.

Find a comfortable upright seated position.

Ideally your spine is straight,

Your chin is parallel to the floor,

Your shoulders are relaxed,

And your eyes are closed.
