Guiding others to courageously step into the life they came here to live, Laurel Holland, has been on a journey of awakening and transformation throughout her life. She led Tai Chi and meditation classes for fifteen years in Massachusetts, USA. Trained as a psychotherapist, Laurel opened her coaching practice in 2003 after beginning to integrate energy work into her work with clients. Writing about inner work, Laurel has authored four books - Crossroads, Love’s 8 Laws, as well as Live Your Inner Power, the Journal, and Courageous Woman which share the foundational practices for creating transformation from the inside out. Laurel shares weekly conversations about inner work on Beautiful Work Beautiful Life podcast. Her greatest wish is that others rediscover deep inner peace and create a sanctuary within.
