This guided meditation is all about being a human and letting go of habitual doing.
With this practice,
You are opening more fully to the present moment and your inner life.
The only thing required of you right now is to focus your attention and relax into the experience.
The more you practice this,
The more you will deepen into the practice of simply being,
Being present from within where your power resides.
For now,
You simply just be.
Having a relaxed body not only feels good,
It nourishes your cells.
So begin at the top of your head.
Release any tension there and soften your skull bones.
Notice your face relaxing and letting go.
Bringing your attention into your jaw,
Relaxing your jaw,
Releasing any tension.
Realizing the space between your ears,
Inside your head,
Softening,
Letting go.
Bringing your attention down into your throat,
Your neck,
Softening,
Opening,
Releasing any constriction,
Allowing the air to pass readily and smoothly through your body.
Coming down into your shoulders,
Relaxing any tension in your neck,
Your upper back,
Your shoulders,
Your chest,
Softening,
Letting go.
Bringing your attention down into your arms and your hands,
Your fingers,
Softening,
Releasing,
Letting go of any tension.
Bringing your attention to your belly,
Your heart space,
The trunk of your body,
Breathing in fully and breathing out fully,
Letting go,
Relaxing inside,
Sending oxygen to your organs.
Letting them relax and soften.
Bringing your attention down into your hips and your pelvis,
Down low in your belly,
Breathing in there,
Softening,
Releasing,
Letting go of any tension.
Bringing your attention down into your thighs,
Relaxing your right knee and your left knee,
Softening,
Letting go,
And bringing your attention into your calves,
Letting your calves relax,
Soften,
Loosen,
Staying here,
Instructing your calves to really,
Really let go,
Soften from deep within,
Coming down to your ankles,
Your feet,
Softening,
Loosening,
Letting go.
Notice the relaxed state of your body all over now and bring your attention to your belly.
Notice the strength of your presence as your attention is here in your belly.
Feel your attention giving yourself attention from deep within your body.
Notice the energy flowing down from your belly into your hips,
Then into your thighs,
And from there flowing down through your softened calves,
To your feet,
And into the ground.
Now let go,
Let go fully of any programming that told you that being productive,
Always busy,
And getting it just right was the best way to be.
Let those ideas and messages flow down from anywhere in your body,
Through your legs,
And into the earth.
Whether that programming is in your mind,
In your throat,
Or in your heart,
Whether you hold that programming in your belly,
Or in your legs,
Let yourself release it all together,
Let it flow down through your legs,
Leaving your body,
Going down into Mother Earth.
Take your time,
Release any programming,
Any messages,
Let it all go.
Come back to your belly,
To your pelvis,
Bring your attention back here,
And feel that strong energy there,
Reminding you that your true strength comes from here,
Your full attention and presence in this moment.
There's no need to strive or pretend to be more or other than just who you are right now.
Breathe in your sense of self from deep within you,
Anchor into the strength that's here deep within your body,
Deep within your being.
This is where your power comes from.
This is where you're able to be all that you came here to be.
Now let your attention travel up to your heart and to the space all around your heart.
As you breathe,
Let your attention rest gently right here.
Feel your breath expanding and contracting all of you from the central area of your body.

Just notice any difference and relax here,
