Hello beautiful people.
Let me guide you through meditation today.
The theme for the meditation today is the only constant is change.
You can sit in a cross-legged position,
You can rest your feet on the floor or you can lie down.
You can gaze down,
You can close your eyes.
Let's start with the breath.
Take a breath in and exhale.
Deep long inhalation.
And exhale release.
And one more inhale deep long.
Breath in and exhale.
I'm recording this in the woods.
You might hear some sounds.
Tune in to whatever you hear and accept what you hear as a part of the process,
As a part of meditation.
Do not fight.
Allow it.
There are so many changes we've been going through recently.
With the pandemic,
It's almost like things being put on hold.
And things are out of our control that we have to adapt to.
Let's think about it.
The only constant in this life is change.
Everything constantly is changing,
Including ourselves.
We evolve,
We grow.
We could fight the changes,
We could really hardly resist intensely.
It's only going to cause us frustration and distress.
Or we can learn how to adapt and how to surf the waves.
If we're patient,
We're building resistance in our character.
If we're adapting,
We're building flexibility as part of our character and strength.
At the time,
We want to fight it.
We want to resist the change as much as we can.
Only through change,
Through obstacles and challenges,
We actually grow.
The decision is yours.
You can either fight the changes and make yourself upset and frustrated.
Or you can go with the flow and see what is in control.
Control that.
And what is out of your control,
Allow it to be.
Make friends with change.
Refrain your thinking.
Be excited.
Frame change as opportunities,
As doors opening,
As possibilities.
Possibility for growth.
I'm going to give you a few minutes to go within.
Just think of the only constant exchange.
And I'm okay with it.
Whatever the life is bringing to me,
I will use it for my good.
I will use the obstacles for learning.
I will be excited about change.
I will welcome change with open arms.
So just for a few minutes,
Go within and think of these concepts.
Allow and be.

At the count of one,
If your eyes are closed,
You can open your eyes.
Bring awareness to your body,
Wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers.
Tune in with the sounds around you.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Open your eyes.
Be excited about your day.
Reframing change as opportunities can bring opportunities to you.
So it's opening up to the uncertainties,
To what's unknown.
And that's okay.
You're welcoming it.
You're not fighting it.
So it all becomes part of the process.
And if you accept it as part of the process,
You will grow through it.
