Hello,

Hello and welcome to today's meditation.

Today we are going to do the third and last part of the three parts we created to understand what is meditation and more specifically what is the mind,

To understand the basics,

Understanding the mind.

On the second part we went through what is attachment and how it was created by the mind.

Today we are going to see how to transform the attachment.

It's good to understand that attachment is created by the mind.

There is even better if we know how to transform this attachment.

So let's start.

I believe that there is no chance in life.

If you chose this meditation,

There is probably a reason behind it.

Sitting down,

Cross-legged position or in any sitting posture that suits you.

If it's too complicated,

You can also sit down on a chair.

Just don't put your back on the back of the chair or don't place your back on the wall if you are sitting down on the floor.

Keeping the back straight,

The neck straight,

The mouth is gently closed,

Eyes gently closed.

Focusing the arms and hands wherever you want to and focusing your entire attention on the normal breath as it is.

Natural breath as it is.

If it is long,

It is long.

If it is short,

It is short.

If it's passing only through one nostril,

Then it's passing through only one nostril.

If it's passing through both nostrils,

Then it's passing through both nostrils.

Just observe the natural breath as it is.

This is not pranayama,

This is not a breathing exercise.

We are just observing the natural breath as it is.

Now calm down the mind,

Calm down the mind,

Keeping the entire attention on the breath.

Keeping the natural breath for a few more seconds.

How to transform attachment?

You know,

Thinking of the object of your attachment,

Apply an antidote to attachment.

We are going to go through four points and these four points are separate antidotes.

You can use an example from your own life for each point we are going to go through.

Focusing on the normal breath.

Air coming into the nostrils,

Air moving out of the nostrils.

Now reflect.

If you possess this thing or this person,

Etc.

,

Or if you get your way,

Will it bring lasting happiness and satisfaction?

What new problems could arise?

Does it or any external person or thing have the ability to bring you lasting happiness?

Try to make specific examples from your own life.

If you possess this thing or this person,

Will it bring you lasting happiness and satisfaction?

What new problems could arise?

Does it have the ability to bring you lasting happiness?

Make specific examples.

Now,

If you separate from this,

What is the worst thing that could happen?

Is that likely to happen?

What resources,

Internal and around you with your family and community,

Can help you deal with the situation?

Now,

Look back at the thing,

Person,

Etc.

,

That you are now separated from and try to rejoice at the time you had together.

Now go into the future with optimism.

Look back at the thing or person that you are now separated from and rejoice at the time you had together.

Now,

Imagine giving the thing or person to someone else who receives it with great joy and with their joyful mind,

Try to imagine offering the thing or person to the universe.

Now,

Look back at the thing or person that you are now separated from and rejoice at the time you had together.

Now,

Feel balanced and free to enjoy without clinging.

Now,

Look back at the thing or person that you are now separated from and rejoice at the time you had together.

Now,

Look back at the thing or person that you are now separated from and rejoice at the time you had together.

Now,

Look back at the thing or person that you are now separated from and rejoice at the time you had together.

Now,

Look back at the thing or person that you are now separated from and rejoice at
