In this short meditation we will explore how we are the seed of light. How at every moment in our life we can take a minute and breathe. Become that seed of light for ourselves, for everything that surrounds us and to the world. As we take a few minutes to practice we can feel and enjoy that light in our heart. Om Shanti Shanti Shanti

Good morning.

Find a space,

A place in your home where you can be still,

Where you can be by yourself,

Where you can just be.

You can sit on a chair,

On the floor,

On a yoga mat,

Or in your bed,

Whatever feels more comfortable for you.

It's important that your body feels well,

Feels good,

Feels relaxed,

That it doesn't have any tension or pain.

Once you're sitting down,

You can keep your legs straight or you can cross your legs.

Again,

Whatever feels more comfortable.

We don't want our body to become a distraction during our meditation.

Our back needs to be straight.

We can take our shoulders up,

Then back,

And then we can relax them.

Our chin goes a little bit towards our chest,

Just so we can relax the face.

We close our eyes.

And as we close our eyes,

We start breathing longer,

Deeper,

Slowly.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Inhale,

Exhale.

As we start to slow down and just be present.

As we breathe in,

As we inhale,

We visualize.

We inhale light.

And as that light comes in our body,

It starts to light up every cell and every part of our body.

And as I exhale,

As I breathe out,

I breathe out light.

I'm sharing that light with the world,

With what surrounds me.

Again,

Slowly,

Deeply we inhale and visualize that light coming in with that oxygen,

Lighting ourselves,

Beginning from her head,

Her brain.

Slowly,

Swiftly,

Kindly starts lighting up every part of my face and my own rhythm in my own time.

I visualize that light just coming down and lighting up my shoulders,

My chest,

My heart,

My back,

All my back.

It goes into my organs and just lights each and every one of them.

And as my body starts to light up,

I feel my body lighter and lighter.

I light my legs and I'm there lighting my body to my breathing,

Through that oxygen that goes inside my body until I reach my feet,

My fingers.

I take my time lighting this body.

As all my body turns into light,

I keep breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing out light,

Lighting my thoughts,

Lighting my feelings.

And so,

Giving light to my actions.

Once I'm done,

I place my hands before my heart,

Before my chest,

Place them together and just feel and enjoy this moment of light.

And I remember that during my day,

I can take this moment for myself and turn into that seat of light,

Sharing light to myself and to others.

It only takes one minute just to breathe.

Let us close this meditation by repeating an Om in three Chantis.

Chanti means peace and we repeat it three times because the first Chanti,

I'm asking for my inner peace.

The second Chanti,

I'm asking for peace all around me.

And the third Chanti,

It's really working on that peace in the world.

Om,

Chanti,

Chanti,

Chanti.

We rub our hands and just share that warmth in our face.

We rub them again and just place them again in our face,

Sharing that warmth,

Receiving that warmth.

One last time,

We rub our hands and just place them on our eyes,

Allowing us to have little caves where we can open and close our eyes and slowly take down our hands and open our fingers back into our space,

Back into our room.

Let us remember we are seeds of light and wherever we move,

We spread that light,

We spread those seeds.

Let it be in a good way,

In a loving way,

In a kind way.

Have a magical and wonderful day for yourself.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.
