Hello my friend.

Let's enjoy a special connection with your heart today.

I'm going to teach you a concept called havening.

Take your hand and place it on your heart and begin to move it in a circular motion almost as if you were rubbing a child's back but doing the same for your heart.

If you haven't yet you can close your eyes drop your shoulders and feel this connection to your heart.

Just notice what comes forward for you when you bring your awareness and attention towards your heart's wisdom.

When you're ready you can bow your head ever so slightly towards your heart and just say thank you.

Thank you for always being here for me.

Thank you for reminding me of the truth.

Thank you for guiding me from a place of love and not fear.

And from this place of gratitude I invite you to ask your heart what message do you have for me today.

Simply notice what comes forward without judgment and trust that your heart is very wise.

When you're ready you can take a big inhalation in,

Hold your breath at the top,

Big exhalation out and if you haven't yet you can release your hand,

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Flutter your eyes open and take action.

Whatever your heart told you today is a gift.

Listen wisely.

You got this.

So beautiful and useful at the same time! Thank you, I will do this practice for a while ☺️ Update: I love to start my morning with this lovely practice. I always recieve a message from just a few words. Every day a different one so far. Today my message is to use my (inner) strenght 🐜

I was feeling a little scattered in thought before doing this exercise. The message brought to me was “be kind to yourself “ My day is now defined. With love and kindness. Thank you Marybeth.
