She infuses deep feminine essence and self-inquiry, aligning Heart and Vision through yoga, breath work, and meditation. With 20 years of teaching experience, Niamh shows how you can become Your guide to self-love, healing, and well-being through your wisdom body. The Energetic Heart, Silence And Witness

Vision-Hearted — Self Rebound

Grounding and becoming steady through heart and vision establishes proficient steadiness in these energy centers before any meditation of coming home. This re-centering and open attention widen our lens of understanding of our inner and outer world. Deepening stability and connection between heart and vision enhances self-reliance, resilience, and clarity. Therefore refining relationships between ourselves and others. As with all the sessions, you may lie down or sit in any comfortable position. I recommend the spine flowing up, if not now, something to work towards. Perhaps cocoon yourself by wrapping yourself with a blanket.

The Protector House — Self Love & Care

Our body is a powerhouse and resource of energy that nourishes, cares and protects itself. Here you will establish an inner sanctuary and refuge to meet tender vulnerabilities of the heart for recovery and healing. Call yourself back home and fall in love with Self — the one who cares, cultivating self-love and openness through petals of awareness and the gland of Self, developing emotional resilience and confidence.

Lesson 4

Polishing The Heart

Gathering senses in the heart triggers positive energy to circuit around the body, answering to stress, worries, and fears. The magnetic heart has transmutable properties turning pain into peace, hate into radiant love, and stubbornness into acceptance. From disconnected and dimmed to enliven and reawaken. While nourishing, energizing, and restoring, the power of the heart is a portal to sacred stillness and silence found in pure presence. Polishing the heart lifts the veils of smoke and shadows to reveal the true shiny Self. Return Here as often as you need.

Lesson 5

Sensitising The Healing Body

Refreshing and enlivening while deeply restful because of its restorative effects. This session includes subtle breathing while being held by the comfort and console of breath, developing receptivity of inner and outer light by activating the healing body. One of my all-time cherished healing practices, and I would love to hear how this resonates with you. You may lay down or be seated comfortably.

Embodying Gratitude

Gratitude is one of those magical gestures—expressed with sincerity—that bestows a heavy heart with subtle shifts. Dwelling on positive emotions dissolves heavier emotions of frustration, anger, and disappointment. This two-way exchange reflects our inner and outer worlds. Giving and receiving. May you be blessed by this nourishing immersion of gratitude.

Unburden — De-Whirl

'Vritti' is a Sanskrit name that translates to 'fluctuations of a whirling mind.' The intention Here is to unburden and free from tensions, stress, and worries. By deepening intimacy with the heart to calm, neutralize, and equalize the energy of the brain's fluctuations, on completion, notice the quality of the mind and the relaxant energy that overwhelms the entire body. There will be time to settle in and adjust the measure of lung capacity to your comfort when applying retentions. Be kind to your beautiful lungs.

Knowing how infectious the quality of the smile is why not smile at yourself? Prepare with a mirror. If tears come, let them flow. The hotter they are, the sweeter the transformation. A friendly smile makes someone's day — a smile that is playful dances on each other's lips, its power passing from stranger to familiar and can travel the world, imagine.
